The service was amazing! Rene, the pool bartender, made my experience so great! Everything went perfectly and the food at the restaurants and buffets were super yummy, I definitely got the most out of the all inclusive!

This is great for those that have zero standards and budgets. The food is absolutely disgusting and never hot! The employees handle the food with no gloves or hands washed. They have bed bugs and the room smelled like sewage. Riu used to be a nicer resort, but this was ridiculous! Questionable stained couch cushions and stained towels soaked in bleach and line dried! Do not recommend

Our room and the restaurants were always perfectly cleaned. The common areas around the pool, walkways, public bathrooms etc were filthy. We were there a week and the same spills, bird poops, dirty gargabe cans etc were there the whole time.

It was a great time I really enjoyed myself just on my last day which was a Monday they started complaining about our music while everyone was enjoying. Then they started complaint about us playing in the pool. Oh then one of the managers came and took our Don Julio we purchased at the airport to wrap it up with Saranwrap then came back again to complain about another bottle. But without that it would’ve been 10 out of 10 but I give it a 8.5.

The hotel is beautiful!! We had a fabulous experience with Carla let’s started on our to have check-in. She made sure to check in with us throughout the week and always remembered us and had something nice to say. It was a memorable stay with elite customer service . Ths hotel is classy modern and did not have a lot of Mexican flare, this is the only downside. The beach is beautiful. The pool is so fun with lots of activities for adults, including standup paddle boarding in the pool, which was a dream come true! LOL. I would highly recommend to bring your friends as there is truly something for everyone. The food was the best I’ve had in an all-inclusive (with my limited experience). There’s multiple resorts to pick from if you stay at the adults only.
