We had a good experience overall. When we checked in, our balcony door was broken which needed to be repaired for 1.5 hours. Service was decent. Had a medical emergency and the staff was helpful.

This is a cute all inclusive. I don’t care for all inclusive resorts but was here for a wedding. First, a hotel with an ocean you can’t swim in is comical to me. I don’t go out of the country to go to the pool, but to each its own. The food was mediocre in my opinion… the poolside food was beyond mediocre. The best tacos were from the restaurant by the pool. Great fish tacos. No straws anywhere so my frozen virgin pina coladas were not enjoyable to drink. Overall if you like all inclusive and have a lot of kids or have a lot of people to accommodate…. This is for you. Not really the vibe for foodie adventurers.

Our room iPad and phone to order room service wouldn’t work. Room was good, but not super clean. Food is good, but nothing memorable. The Toro restaurant is the best. Ciao for breakfast is the best option as well. Pools are great and have plenary of chairs/availability. Our kids had a good time.

Soy fan de los Hard Rock He viajado muchos en todo el mundo estuve 6 noches en Cabos con mi familia primero nos hospedamos y donde estamos celebraron dos bodas afuera del Eden no pudimos dormir , luego las almohadas todas duras luego fuimos a comer al restaurante Ciao Restaurante la peor comida que habiamos comido la pizza cruda y mi comida le faltaba cocinarse estaba cruda Luego los de vacations planer me ofrecieron transportacion gratis solo tenia que ir a una presentacion la cual fuimos con mi esposa y mi niña por 3 horas luego cuando hago el check out hoy me dicen que que tengo que pagar 130 usd porque solo era una ida la cual desde el principio antes de ir les peegunte que si era roundtrip y me dijieron si los cuales pague injustamente despues de gastar mi 3 horas de vacaciones en esa presentacion. Me llevo una experiencia muy mala de Hard Rock Cabos hotel.

Great, easy, relaxing vacation with great food.

The food was amazing for an all inclusive. Truly impressed. Every single member of the staff was kind and helpful. The pools were great and especially loved the swings. We came for a friends 40th birthday and stayed the week of sept 29-Oct 3. Weather was perfect and caught a butterfly migration. Super easy vacation at a wonderful location.
