HRH was great!

We had a great five night stay. First time at this resort. We did have to switch rooms as our first was facing a massive construction site .. the front desk switched us the next day. We enjoyed all the restaurants and especially loved Toro and Zen. Will definitely go back!

Property was good and food was ok too. As all inclusive for ppl who don’t Drink alcohol, there were no activities included which were on premises such as the Legandry Pool (which was shown in videos and pics) but was not included in our reservation of all-inclusive! The bowling was not included. The escape rooms were not included, we had to pay for all of those! Spa was $400 for a 50 mins couples massage ! What are the ppl supposed to do once there ?

I booked three king bed rooms under one reservation. I even called and made sure that they could have all three rooms close to each other. The day I got there rooms were completely in different locations and one of them, they were not able to give king size, even though that’s what I requested. Not all staff members were knowledgeable. The queen size bedroom that I got was also dirty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Power came and gone, internet comes and goes, generator was loud price of cab was never the same.

Place was really nice, enjoyed every aspect of our stay until we went to get into bed for the first time at 12AM to find crumbs in our sheets. Was too tired to call housekeeping, so just took the sheet off & went to bed.
