The room is OK The shower in the tub was dirty. They didn’t have enough towels. I had to ask for more shampoo. The elevator didn’t work to go down had to take stairs

The room was good, the staff were amazing. Miguel Angel was an awesome host. He always made sure we had anything we needed with in his control. The food was good in the onsite Resturaunt’s. The only issue we had was that the pool water at the adult pool was way too cold. CABO COLD PLUNGE. The other pools seemed much warmer. Even the adult hot tub was cold.. hope that gets addressed soon. Thanka

It was a wonderful stay, the room, common areas, and grounds were very clean. The service was incredible, very attentive staff. Pool-we spent our pool time at the family pool, the entertainment staff does a phenomenal job keeping everyone engaged. Lily really worked hard at keeping the pool goers engaged. Joan our server at the pool was excellent, he provided top notch service, checking on us regularly and fulfilling drink and food orders accurately. Restaurants - we ate at all the restaurants and they were wonderful. Los Gallos the mollete for breakfast is so good as was the chilaquiles and ceviche for lunch divine. UMO the brisket para taquer is excellent for a starter. The short rib and Chamorro Cochinita Piblil, were excellent. TORO- Excellent service by I think her name was Catalina, we went with the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly, excellent flavor just seasoned with salt and pepper the marinated vegetables are very good too and Cacoa for dessert is a must. Caio - WOW!! Italian is my favorite and this restaurant is top notch, this chef really has put together an absolutely delicious menu. Parmigiana di Melanze - Phenomenal!!! The Surf n Turf is excellent and worth the extra expense. La Roman pizza excellent flavor, I prefer a crispier crust but not a deal breaker. Arrabbiata was excellent I am a huge fan of Tagliatelle and this dish did not dissapoint. Caffeto - coffee was excellent we had it daily. Zen - very good rib eye bao buns were delicious.

Our room was not in the best state. Booked a room for 4 but my two boys didn’t fit so we had to ask for a roll in bed. The pull out bed was so I uncomfortable the springs was all you could feel. We had to ask for a pillow top and extra blankets to put on top of it and still he had a terrible sleep for 5 nights as it was so uncomfortable. Our shower amenities were empty also and we had to call down for soap. Our food bar was never restocked the whole stay but our families in others rooms were everyday. Our key pad to get into our room died and they sent us to the front desk twice before they realized it and then the door people took another half and hour to fix while we missed lunch with our family. We were very disappointed in these things and we shouldn’t have this much trouble on an all Inclusive vacation for my moms 80th.

The resort was good and the food was good overall, however when we went to our room. They gave our room next to staff work area, there was lots of noise and sometimes it was hard to rest due to the amount of noise. Also, I was expecting partial ocean view but our front desk guy gave us resort view which was showing the area were they set up the parties, this was another bummer since there was lots of noise from different preparations such as thanking.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Room was good, staff was good, food was good, Toro Steakhouse was amazing, Eden pool and Pool Bar were phenomenal. Omar and Yoni had amazing service. My only reason for 4 stars is that breakfast was not great, it was just average and I consistently had to say “no thank you” to being upsold. Overall, great hotel for families and first timers.
