If I could vote it 4.5 That's what I feel it should be. Only improvements would be less time share peeps trying to push the deal on whatever they were trying hard to push. And the baked goods in the cafe are always stale. I wouldn't eat anything in there unless you're drunk last midnight. And too many weddings. (Every night outside) Im 45 with a kid and I like night activity but man it's loud until midnight at least. Sometimes 1 am. But this resort has way better food than most & fantastic staff. It's clean and a newer building. (under construction on far nightside from the front. (looked like an add on...... ) noisey over on that wing only .

Overall it was a good experience. Clean room, good food and drinks. The sales pitches felt too frequent and aggressive though, often having to say no multiple times to the same person before being left alone.

Food was great and the Deluxe Family suite was perfect. We have 2 kids and 2 adults in our group. Poolside Wood fired pizza, Italian Restaurant and steakhouse were very good. Spa was great as well. Hydrotherapy session was great with steam room and sauna. Melli doing activities in the pool was awesome and kids enjoys volleyball and water aerobics daily. Our poolside waiters were Fredi and Neto and they were unbelievable. I didn’t want to go back to Mexico after my last Cancun visit but my wife convinced me to try Cabo and the Hard Rock. We went for 7 days and rooms were great and all had good mattresses, bathtubs and showers. Maid service each day was great as well. Nightly activities were great as well. Great place to watch NFL playoff football as well. Great atmosphere. Couldn’t really ask for more in a resort and the service from the 3 individuals above in particular made the stay next level and enjoyable beyond my expectations. Booking again next year.

Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip. We were in a lot of pain and we could not go on the excursion, nor could we walk around the whole property for the presentation when she misled me to believe that it was in a room sitting or something for one hour. Then when it came right down to it, it was going on extensive walks around the property and inspecting and looking at various rooms and things. Inappropriate for us we couldn’t do it so we tried to cancel, and then we were told that we would still have to pay for the excursion, even though we could not attend because of medical issues. Very, very disappointed at that and ultimately we got out of it and had to sign a settlement agreement saying we would not discuss it. Well, I’m discussing it now. I guess that’s OK because you asked for the info, you asked me to tell you how everything was and as far as the hotel goes, it was wonderful, but those services for those people that were doing that well that was abysmal, and I felt that they were liars and cheats, and just as bad as the people in the airport right before you walk outside in SJD. .

This review is to inform, not complain or provide feedback. This is information I would have wanted before booking The hotel operates like a cruise ship. Activities run all day, but most are structured around cost control and operational efficiency rather than guest experience. Pool hours end early, rules are unusually restrictive, and policies are designed to simplify operations. The issue is that the entire operation is built around selling timeshare Despite being all-inclusive, it is only inclusive at a very basic level. Anything better requires payment, in many cases, payment is not possible unless you first go through the “Vacation Planning” desk, which is the disguised timeshare operation. The adults-only pool has no shade, while cabanas sit unused but can only be accessed through Timeshare desk. In a hotel of this size, limiting access to 15 children at a time, parents are made to reserve the day before. Staff are friendly but clearly inexperienced and unprepared In short, service is poor by design. Staff are polite and apologetic but powerless. If you are comfortable with friendliness masking minimal service, this hotel may work for you. I am not the target guest and not going back.

Excellent 4.5 star for families - not as luxurious as proper 5 star resorts like Garza Blanca, but more kid-friendly amenities and entertainment.

Amazing food everywhere on site, the best restaurants. Manual at the Mayan restaurant is the best server I’ve ever had!(And I’m from Vegas!) beautiful pools, great bar service and quality of alcohol! Can’t wait to come back later this year already!

We had a wonderful week after Christmas at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, especially for an all inclusive. We loved our room- swim up suite. That was a great option for our family to have a more private pool in the afternoons. The room was not that large, but it worked for our family of three. Our favorite restaurants were Umo, Zen and Toro. Visited the spa for a few massages one day and that was a great experience as well. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome experience! Room housekeeping was great, bar service was excellent. Welcome mimosas at the Market was a nice way to start each day. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Appreciated the entertainment staff, although could use more female dancers. Pool seats were hard to come by, but staff was very helpful. All of our dining experiences were wonderful, except the first night we ate at the main area Mexican restaurant and the service was a little slow. Italian and Japanese were our favorite. Staff were all very friend and attentive. We booked 2 tours through the hotel, and they were smooth sailing from transportation to tour guides. All excellent! Spa service was very nice with the perk of complementary hydrotherapy. Massage was just ok as the pressure was a little light. Will definitely recommend and plan to return! Gracias
