This was a great vacation spot. The food and drinks were very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only minimal concerns with the language difference. The views of both the Marina & the Ocean was an extra touch!

The property is so unique and has stunning features including the views from the 7th floor amenities. The main buffet area, the coffee shop, and if you are so lucky the private venue. Very beautiful. Rooms are spacious and has lovely patios.

We visited Sandos Finisterra with a group of nine. We appreciated that the resort immediately recognized our Expedia Gold Status and upgraded our room. Check in was quick and friendly. Overall we found all the staff friendly. There were lots of pool and oceanfront chairs available when we were there. The food was pretty good most of the time but we were disappointed in the lack of variety/options, and in particular no dedicated Mexican restaurant. The group really loved the Cupcake Cafe especially. The sushi by the pool was excellent too! The bed and our room especially was comfortable. The oceanview over the pool was stunning! Maid service was great. The area where the resort was situated was excellent for walking. The grounds were really well looked after and very esthetically pleasing. People were monitored coming in and out, so felt security was excellent. We had a mess up with our return flight home be cancelled and the resort allowed us to store our luggage and stay at the resort until 5pm while we sorted out where we'd spend the extra night. The hotel WestJet put us up at was horrible and the neighbourhood seemed unsafe. So, it made me appreciate this resort even more! We'd definitely return. Highly recommend for good value!

My friends and I had a good time. Only issue we had was the lack of vegan options available. A lot of us are vegan. Would be nice to have options like Beyond or Impossible burgers, sausage; vegan cheese options; vegan scrambled eggs, etc. Also one personal issue, I could hear loud noises very easily outside my front door (i.e. door slams, people yelling, etc) and i was constantly woken up. But very pretty resort and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay here & felt the staff was extremely good! Everyone we encountered was polite & helpful. We were a little disappointed in the quality of the food, it wasn't bad but wasn't particularly good either. Rooms were nice & clean & pool areas were well maintained.

There were 6 adults ranging from 24-56 and we all loved this resort! It was clean, service was excellent with friendly staff who go out of their way for you. Food was very good, views over marina were spectacular and drinks were good with service around the pool very good. Would stay again! Only comments - ordering at the pizza and sushi restaurant by the pool could be organized better and more efficiently but food good! Cupcake cafe - could use an additional person during busy morning coffee ordering.

We had a great stay with several of our family members. We never had trouble getting tables together for dinner, we loved the pool and all of the staff helping at the pool and events. The only issue we had was our room had windows that opened into the main lobby so it could be loud at night but we did fine with our white noise machine. The room itself was a 1 bedroom suite with lots of room for our family of 5 and a beautiful few of the ocean. The staff were kind and helpful.
