I didnt like the experience at the restaurants (dinner) all says from 530pm to lets say 100pm and everytime i arrived after 7pm they tell me that it was full and that i had to be there at 530pm when the restaurant had plenty plnety of open tables. bad experience there...

Everything within this resort was amazing. Food options, drinks, cleanliness and customer service was great. Rooms were great but, very loud at night, with other guests being in hallways until 4am.

Lots of employees working around the clock cleaning and maintaining the properties. I like the architecture of the buildings the colour and openness of the area. Good to see you employ lots of Mexicans who are friendly and happy to assist in any ways. Receptionist dining eating and pool staffs are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work. Give your employees a raise they are all very hard working.

We had a wonderful time at the Riu Santa Fe. This was our second time staying at this property. However, the bed in room 1220 was absolutely horrible. I ended up with the most pain back pain I have ever experienced. I had to sleep on the pull out sofa to be able to make it to the end of our stay. It was truly awful.

This place was great except for the food. There was plenty I choices but I was disappointed with plenty of the dishes. The buffet looked amazing but the taste was not. The Italian dinner we had also felt there it lacked in taste. The omelettes were great though. The entertainment was great and the foam and neon parties were a great experience

Loved every aspect of this place! Other than the kids in the buffet area...keep them at the tables to be served do not allow them to pick through stuff/break plates/ run around. Its obnoxious and parents...be better parents if your going to take your kid to mexico Resort was absolutely amazing though! Workers, scenery, cleanliness, and the Riu Parties...the friggn best worth every dollar!!
