A great resort that caters to all ages. Food and staff were great. The room smelled a little bit like a steam room due to condensation but the resort was great. Sand was terrible down at the beach. Cut my foot pretty bad playing beach volleyball.

The resort was very clean. Every bathroom had an attendant. This place is HUGE. If you have issues with walking this is not the place for you. There are lots of food choices. They could use more bar tenders by the pools. There was always at least 10 people in line at the pool bars.

Resort and staff were amazing! Lots to do for everyone ! Suggest not going during American spring break. The kids were rude, messy and extremely disrespectful to the staff and the property. Was very disappointing to see. But other than that, would definitely be back!

Everything was just perfect except the Margaritas. After the first day we were told we had to ask for a "real" Margarita so that they can make it like its supposed to be. If not you were going to get it made with a terrible heavy premade syrup that was gross and overly sweet(what they gave the spring breakers). The staff was amazing and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get away for a while.

This resort is definitely a PARTY resort for mainly college students , in which I was expecting but I was NOT expecting to have hollering and fighting in the hallway almost every night for 4 days , I told th about the light in our bathroom flickering on and off and it was never fixed our 5 day stay I had to put my make up on in the front living area . The key card to the door battery went out so we were locked out of our room for about 30 minutes.I did love the slide at the resort and the music at the all white party was music in the 2000’s era but we made the best of it
