The whole property was Very clean and very nice! So much entertainment for everyone! The staff was great! This resort was huge and for all ages! Been a lot of places and this place was beautiful I will definitely be trying out other RUI locations

We stayed in villa 1 and were close to the main area pool and restaurants / buffets . The rooms were cleaned everyday ac was great and balcony had a great view . Only downside is we were top floor and there’s no elevator ! Loved all the activities morning through to the end of the night too . Will come here again

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The pools were gorgeous and there was a variety of delicious food. However, upon entering our room, we noticed dead ants littering the bed along with flies and webs along the wall. If you prioritize a clean hotel room, I wouldn't stay here.

Property was average. Would be nice to have the ability to make reservations for dinner. The only options were to stand in line at 5:30 to guarantee a table or go to the buffet. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, but there were too many that were rude to be a resort.
