The room was clean and the food was very good. Service was also good. The rooms, however, are dated and need upgrading, and I didn't like the appearance of the stone/cement casings around the elevators...they should be painted or covered with decorative tile.

This was a fairly quiet resort during the day but the shows linger and it was quite noisy until 11:00 pm. The resort is not set up to sit on the beach. Seats are up above and sit back from the ocean. Families would not be able to see kids swimming in the ocean. They do not serve food poolside as part of the all inclusive. We did not enjoy leaving our seating to go sit down to eat. Drink service was good. The staff were semi friendly. Enjoyed the staff and atmosphere much more at other resorts in Cabo. The room was super small and outdated. Coffee bar upstairs was great. Enjoyed the restaurant options but they fill up fast and they do not accept reservations. Free transportation included in booking took a super long time since the RIU had to stop at all 3 locations. We paid for transportation to get back to the airport on our last day to avoid that fiasco. Check in process was late evening and not inviting at all.

RIU palace impeccably clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Food overall good and diverse options. We loved the Krystal restaurant the best! Only thing that could be better would be an onsite sports bar. We walked to RIU Santa Fe’s Sports Bar which was not too far however food options were marginal.

I loved this experience. Everyone who works there really is doing their best to create a great memory for their guests. Especially Blanca at the main breakfast area. Attentive and kind, she never let our mimosas run out or our coffee to get cold:) the property is fantastic and well maintained and we are booking another trip here soon.

Room was lovely, spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool. Food exceeded our expectations, great selection of restaurants. If there was one thing that could be improved upon it would be a disco for dancing in the evening. Apart from the regular entertainment there was little to do after dinner. Staff are outstanding… friendly and efficient!
