We had a great time at RIU Palace. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We did go to the steakhouse restaurant for dinner one night and it was ok. I would say the dinner buffet was better. You had multiple options of food and the steak served there was better. The breakfast and lunch buffets were great too! We had a room with a pool and it was so nice. The staff would bring us drinks there too which was nice. My only complaint would be that they had the smoking section right by our pool so we would be out there relaxing and would have to smell the cigarette smoke. Other than that, we loved our stay and would go back.

Everything was great experience. We stayed at Riu Palace but we can also use the water slide next door by Riu Santa Fe. That is a great benefit for the kids. The food variety and taste is all superior. Kid shows are fun. The only thing not good is bed is only double size instead of queen size. And there is no sofa bed. That is not friendly to the family size of 3 or 4.

We had a great time staying at Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas for our anniversary. Staff is nice and friendly. This resort itself is very safe and has a chill vibe. Not too crowded. You can easily walk to Riu Santa Fe and Riu Baja California and use all the amenities there as well.

This was our 2nd time at the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas and it did not disappoint. From the well kept rooms to the immaculate grounds and never ending flow of great food, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With Uber now available just a short walk outside the main gate, most any place we wanted to visit was an inexpensive ride. Highly recommended.

Resort was beautiful and clean. Food was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the noise. The hallways had a lot of echo that made the rooms pretty noisy at night, it was hard to get a good night’s sleep with people coming in late and loud.

The room was so clean and exactly as pictured. My favorite part of our stay was the restaurant selections. There were so many options to enjoy from for every type of eater. We were not thrilled about the Italian restaurant but all other ones, were phenomenal. Additionally, every single staff member was soooo kind and sweet. We felt so welcome! The beautiful location and can easily see the arches from the hotel. Will definitely come back again.
