The property was great. Staff was attentive. Hotel was clean. Food options were good. The only downside was music bumping until midnight every night. If you want to go to sleep early probably not the hotel for you. If your okay with staying up at least past midnight then it’s a great place

Great resort! Second time here.One of the best in our travels. Beach access, pools, multiple places to relax, several restaurants, spa, music selection. Concierge was very attentive and helpful. Perfect location for downtown Cabo and to see the Arch. The grounds are kept very well, and housekeeping kept the room very clean. A few of the resort staff/restaurant wait staff seemed to not know certain things. Maybe they were newer. The vendors on the beach are all over and even try to get your attention while you're eating which i thought was not respectful. All together, would definitely return.

During my stay at MEcabo the concierge Paulina exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, her team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, whether it was securing last-minute reservations at Taboo , funky geisha, and more arranging transportation With Paulina Every request was handled with efficiency and a smile, making my stay not only convenient but genuinely enjoyable. I can confidently say that Paulina and her team plays a key role in making the hotel a top-tier destination. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free and memorable stay. First the pros - very clean and great looking hotel. Rooms were nice! Great service, everyone was super nice. Great access to beach and walking distance to the office, mango deck, and DT. Taboo beach club is on site so easy access to everything. The cons - I would give this place a 1 star for the way they monetize EVERYTHING! MONEY FOR ANYTHING, should be the subtitle. Met a couple of friends in the city, had to pay $150 for each to come hang out with me in the room, use none of the facilities, for 1 hour. Good luck if you hit it off with someone, you are paying to bring them back! Want to invite someone staying at the hotel to get in the Jacuzzi with you, pay up! Want to fart, well got to pay for that too! I know they are in it to make money but the way they go about it is petty, gross, and definitely makes the place cheap, even though it’s not. Oh, if you are Gold Expedia, and they have an available upgrade, they won’t give it to you as other places would. PAY UP WE NEED MORE MONEY! It’s honestly disgusting I would recommend this place only if you calculate the cost of staying here is really $1000 a night more. With $25.00 drinks, $100 hookah that sucks, and average dinner without drinks costing $300-400, average food, not mind blowing at all.
