Food quality was not to standards, could not take food into the rooms. Had to get permission from the restaurant manger to take food into the room. Buffet dinner was Mexican food only for the the entire stay. We both got very sick on the third day of our 7 day stay, ordering room service for food was a disaster - ordered chicken strips with fires, got cheese strips with fries. Almost felt like being treated as second class visitors. We have stayed at other Mexican reosrts - had way better service than this resort. Will never recommend this resort to anyone

Incredibly clean. Six excellent restaurants for dinner and multiple food service options for breakfast or lunch. Great drinks service poolside with three beautiful pool options with swim up bars. Additional options available at their sister property in the marina area of Cabo with frequent shuttle service between the two. Perfect place to completely relax with no need for planning if you take the all inclusive option. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

This place is amazing!, I'm already looking to book again in Nov. 2024. I can't express how wonderful this place is. The SERVICE, FOOD, BREATH Taking views, just a wonderful place! The all inclusive is so worth every penny; you have 20 or so places your can eat and order almost anything you want. The food and service is just outstanding. I have never eater better food in my life! This place is a dream. PS. All your bar fridge stuff is also included in the all inclusive; and the free shuttle to the sister at the downtown Marina is amazing, as you can eat and enjoy the all inclusive at this resort as well. 21 min shuttle that runs every 2hrs. FOOD again is just amazing, as well as the service; these people at this resort will make sure you have a wonderful time. THE only thing negative, just say NO to the time share stuff, don't give away 20$ for a 4 hour high pressure time share spil. This place is so clean!, you can use any public bathroom, and it seems like it has not been used. - spotless. I Can't wait to return to this exact resort.

We stayed at Hacienda Encantada with our teen and young adult kids. We enjoyed the accommodations, the pools, and the dining, but there was not a lot in the way of night life or scheduled activities, which would have been welcome. We were upgraded to VIP due to our room being overbooked and it was AWESOME. We were able to choose top-shelf liquors and eat filet mignon daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Encantada and would definitely return in the future.

Our stay was excellent. This is a great resort to rest relax and just enjoy the sunshine. The views the gardens and the atmosphere is simply one of a kind. The spa was amazing. We were able to have massages on the beach with the sounds of the waves crashing around us creating such an incredible experience. The pools are plenty and there’s always an available lounge and umbrella. Recognition to the awesome pool servers/ bartenders ( Samuel and JR ) they made every effort to keep the drinks flowing and the laughs plenty. Everyone from the car attendants to the cart drivers resort staff are all very friendly highly service oriented and just add to the overall experience.

Absolutely beautiful property and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You have your choice of 4 gorgeous sets of pools to relax in. The location right next to the ocean makes for incredible views. Highly recommend having the breakfast buffet at Las Marias outdoors on a cliff above the sea. Try the hacienda coffee and the Mexican chocolate! We’ll be back!!

It was absolutely beautiful how much flowers they had all along the property. The transportation golf carts were very convenient to get around when needed. I was upgraded to a King bed room from a double bed room, thanks to Manny (concierge manager). The only complaint I have is thinking that we already paid for all-inclusive and getting up sold to the "premium" all-inclusive. Other than that, this property is absolutely recommended!

We liked the pool and all inclusive portion of the property. We upgraded to 24 hour room service, but food/drinks were limited in the evening. More so, when we tried calling our room phone for services, no one pick up the phone for 10 minutes at a time. The bell boy were good, but other services were not quick at all.

One of the best resorts I've visited hands down. The staff were welcoming and always helpful. THEY SCRUB THE CONCRETE..LOL, EVERYTHING IS IMMACULATE. Will definitely visit again.

This property is beautiful. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and always there to assist in any way they can. You can tell that food presentation is very important to the food staff, everything looked amazing and taste great too!!
