Such a shame the Service/Staff were so awful because this is the most Beautiful Resort I have stayed in at Cabo. Day 1 up to 45 min wait for drinks poolside G Building. Omar & Jaime do not wait on you, we spent our first day looking for them all day. El Patio pool service was our best day of five. Housekeeping was minimal, kitchen trash not emptied for days, fridge never restocked, no coffee, requested pillows on two occasions, never received. Friends Wedding Rings were stolen from their room, manager said, the cameras in hall were not working, no concern! Dinner at Mestizo from start to finish took 3.5 hours, again service slow, staff was uninterested, food was outstanding. On our last day we had charges on our CC from the store. We were told at Check In we had 100. store credit, but nope just another scam. We arrived and signed up to go to the timeshare sales tour, by day two we knew this was not a place for us, with the service lacking and the housekeeping minimal. We canceled the time share tour, I was asked why, I explained my concerns with the service or lack of, I was told it was because I was not an owner! Odd thing to say considering you are trying to sell me a timeshare to be an owner. Careful w All Inclusive Room Service upsell, minimal hours and less food. Golf Cart transportation is spot on. All in all horrible service, non caring staff, worse management. I would NOT recommend although such a Beautiful Resort. Read Good and Bad Reviews, wish I would have.
