Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful in every way. Beautiful resort with amazing views! The restaurants were all over the top in flavor, presentation and choices! Plenty of pools! Loved the adult pool with swim up bar! The rooms were clean as well as the entire property! Everything was well maintained. Will certainly return and will recommend to family and friends!

The entire resort is beautiful and well kept. The bathrooms in the entire resort were always clean, rooms were well maintained and clean, the property was well kept. The pools as hot tubs were well maintained. All the restaurants were good, the staff friendly, helpful and very attentive. The food was very well presented and everything had a wonderful taste! The drinks were excellent as well! The resort is well located, the views are amazing! We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return! Wilder at Serena’s bar was always friendly and made us feel welcomed, he went above and beyond. Fernando the bartender at the main bar near the lobby went above and beyond! We enjoyed everything from our room, with ocean view, the food at all the restaurants, the pools and the friendly welcoming staff. Only thing we could have done without was the timeshare talk. We are all about all inclusive but not timeshares. Beautiful resort we highly recommend it!

We had a great stay. The food was amazing, the room was just as it was advertised online with a King Bed and an Ocean view. The service was great except the Pitahayas Restaurant. The service was very slow; it took us 40 minutes to get a Diet Pepsi & water after asking 3 times, and a total of 2hrs...but the food was amazing, especially the Filet!! Room was clean, service by staff was amazing. An FYI, 1/2 the resort is TimeShare so they will try and sell you on it when you arrive.

We travel to this hotel annually. It recently became all inclusive. We did not book it that way and they honored it by just charging piecemeal for meals and drinks. It felt different. Service was incredibly slow and the service charge was automatically built in so it didn’t seem like the staff were motivated to get ordered right or timely. For example, we ate at De Corozon the steakhouse the first night. The food took 90 mins to get. Took 30 mins for drinks. It wasn’t even busy because we were there in August and the food was average. Just overall disappointing food/service wise.

Horrible staff. I booked to have complimentary breakfast & that was bot the case. They dont offer transportation form the airport to the resort. Horrible experience. Rude staff, not helpful at all.

This was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing retreat! The spa was lovely, restaurants were wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again!

I booked a non–all-inclusive stay, but a week before my trip, I received an email saying the resort would be transitioning to an all-inclusive model. When I checked in, the front desk (Maximiliano) confirmed my package was now all-inclusive, and all outlets on the property treated it as such. However, on the second day, the pool bar said they couldn’t verify our package. We were pulled out of the pool, still wet, and walked to the front desk in a humiliating manner. The same employee admitted their mistake and initially offered to waive the first day's charges, letting us begin paying the all-inclusive rate moving forward. After speaking with management, he reversed this and told us we were responsible for everything—even though it was their error. We were offered only a 20% discount. To avoid more stress and embarrassment, we paid for the all-inclusive package—but were still charged three additional unexplained fees. Beyond the billing issue, the resort was poorly maintained: dirty puddles on the grounds, no pool towels, stained cushions, and disorganized pool furniture. Staff seemed confused and uninterested, and restaurant service was slow and unwelcoming. Worst of all, no manager ever came to speak with us. This experience completely overshadowed our vacation. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
