We have stayed at the Property before and, as before, enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the property is as clean as a large property can be expected. We were very pleased with Giovanny, our guest service contact for the Property. We received a text message from him a few days prior to arrival and asked if there were any special requests, assistance needs, etc... and was very responsive in responding to texts throughout our stay. It was my fiance's Birthday and he made the stay extra special for her.. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Giovanny!! see you again soon.

It's a great place! It's huge, yes, but beautiful, well maintained, modern, with all you could want in one place - restaurants, gym, several pools (apparently themed by music genre), a chapel, stores, spa, a medical clinic. Despite the fact that the hotel was full we never waited long to eat or at the front counter. The food was amazing: so much variety and good quality. It's a walkable resort, but lots of stairs and inclines so be aware. You an also take shuttles everywhere. The staff was polite, attentive, and good humored. We explored 2 sister properties (the rose, and the pacifica which is the all-adult version). We were able to get a 'free' meal at the rose and the pacifica had a surcharge. The Rose is worth going to because it gets you into town and you can wander for a bit. To know: the beach is not swimmable. You won't get that here. Also, no coffee in the rooms! I like to be able to make a pot in the morning. Easy to get coffee at The Market, but I recommend bringing some ground beans or tea bags if you don't want to leave the room so early. Overall, we loved it. For reference, we are active empty nesters in our 50's.

The good: beautiful view from the large balcony. Friendly staff. Food was as good as could be expected in an all inclusive. The grounds and pool were nicely maintained, and the pools were heated. The bad: it is nearly impossible to walk anywhere. You must take the golf cart transportation or risk getting run over on the narrow roads. The rooms are dated. Bottom line: would not return. Too many other choices in Cabo.

The resort is beautiful, but be prepared to walk - a lot. The property is huge and you can get around via golf carts. There are plenty of dining options including a 24 hour bistro. The rooms are noisy, but have a great view. Watched whales and boats from our room. We hiked up to the sky pool everyday, which had views for days!!! Overall, it was good!

The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and important! We loved our room and the view. Wish we could've gotten a higher floor though! Not happy about all of the extra charges on my bill. Such as some foundation charge that I did never agreed to alt and was snuck up in me. They need to put coffee pods with a coffee maker in the suites. That is what was missing. We wished they provided coffee in the rooms like most hotels do. There were a lot of little flying insects in our room that we struggled to get rid of. I also did not like being harassed when we arrived about timeshares. A lady and then a man harassed us in the lobby and both of them got rude when we kept saying no.

The property has nice views. Loved being able to go to another hotel. Good food. Kind of annoying waiting for golf carts. The rooms were falling apart, and the mattress was horrible. Like sleeping on a rock. My back should be compensated. The vip extras that were promised by the Expedia, the hotel did not provide them. Had to wait 2 hours for some water from room service. It’s a nice hotel but some things need to be updated and fixed up.

Pretty good property with many places to eat. You can walk on the beach but can not swim as it’s not safe (many rip ties). If you are placed on lower level, always have to call cart to take you places. Could be better with clear navigations for those that want to walk and not get lost as it’s different from driving and walking. Ocean views are best & if you visit from Oct-Apr you will see whales from room. Their app is finicky. Pools are good but jacuzzi can use more warmer water (felt cold compared to location in main pool) Sky pool is outstanding. Rooms do need update/renovation. Hot showers take few long minutes to warm up - pressure sucks! Drain needs cleaning and when fridge works at night would wake me up and I’m a heavy sleeper. You must order pillows which did surprisingly took fast to arrive. Fridge is not stocked up with free beverages. Placed order and it took over an hour to arrive (bottled water, ginger ale and mineral water) Good resort but lacks activities unless you are here for golf, pool or tennis. Didn’t want to go to kids arcade for personal reasons. After few days feels like you are in prison. Airport is 53 min away or so. (Order shuttle central, thank me later) Awesome that you have shuttle to go to sister hotel and dip in safe ocean/ sea of Cortez (must place reservation on app as seats are first come /first serve) (also best price for souvenirs are at Rose hotel at ocean entrance do haggle for better price). Visited in middle of Jan ‘25.

Amazing property but too big. Always need to call golf cart. The front desk people will drag you to sign up for session for investment which isn’t clear when signing up. Also make sure to have service booked to the and from the airport otherwise hotel will charge your you crazy amount. Other than that had a good time.
