For $500 a night I would expect modern room with modern amenities. The entire place feels like it's from the 80s. Everything is expensive and the shuttle bus is $70 a person to drive less than 8 minutes to Lake Louise. I recommend staying in Banff and just driving to Lake Louise after 7pm for free parking. The lake is absolutely spectacular though so don't miss it

Good location just 2.5 miles down the hill from Lake Louise, with ready access to the highway and the ski resort. Nice lobby area and enjoyed the pizza/pasta place upstairs. Guest rooms are a little worn and quite basic.

Great hotel. The area is surrounded by green areas with viewa of the mountains. The room was exactly what we needed for a family of 4. Parking was super easy. The complimentary pool and mini golf was perfect for the kids. My only criticism is that the restaurant for pizza and pasta was over priced for the quality of food.

Nice lobby, restaurants, amenities (laundry, pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). The rooms are older - clean but a little run down. Small bathroom but the room is spacious. Friendly staff, easy location.

Excellent place to stay at Lake Louise village. Highly recommended. We spent 7 nights in this Inn. Lake Louise village is located in strategically convenient place in the park. From this village you can drive everywhere in the park in 20-90 minutes.

Awesome location! Suite layouts are great for a family of 4, very efficient (Loved having floor fans available for noise cancellation!) Good food options onsite, coffee kiosk a bonus for mornings. Market and a shopping plaza walkable or bike able from property. Nice amenities on property, pool/hot tub, free use of bikes. Also, access to shuttles to the lakes, etc are onsite which is a great option since parking is a challenge. Overall we greatly enjoyed our 3 day stay!

Great location and the staff was super. The rooms were just ok, nothing special and no AC if you want it. The one sleeper was the restaurant Legends. It looks like a dumpy school cafeteria but they might have the best food in town. We went to Fairmont Chateau and this was better. Highly recommend
