Getting ready

I booked this place for my wedding makeup and hair appointment, I needed a space for few hours to bring the artists and my party. The space was enough for what I needed it. AC worked fine, the check-in was easy and the pictures were accurate. I got what I paid for.

NO HOT WATER!!!

The check in process was easy except the digital lock on the door did not work because of a low battery. This was fixed quick because he had a set of keys in a lockbox out front. the property was not very clean. The bathroom smelled like urine and the towels had stains on them. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in the master bedroom. You have to be in the living room to get a good signal. The dishes had dried food on them. The worst is there is no HOT WATER BOILER in the apartment. I was refunded for 1 night but if I knew there was no hot water I would not have booked it. The property manager responded to me very quickly when I had complaints. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone it ruined my experience in Cancun.
