Wow, wow, wow. This was our first visit to Cancun and our first stay at an all-inclusive resort, and our expectations were blown away. The hotel is beautiful with well-appointed rooms and views of the golf course and lagoon. The rooftop infinity pool is not to be missed! We enjoyed all of the restaurants, but Oishi was our favorite! The staff were incredible - 5-star service. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Cancun!

This was our second stay at this hotel. It’s stunning. Rooms (even the most basic) are beautiful and very comfortable. The food is delicious. The rooftop pool is amazing. The beach club is incredible. BUT - it’s the second time we get gastroenteritis at this hotel. The first time we didn’t make much of it. But a second time is a pattern. We have traveled to different resorts in Mexico 2x a year for 10 years and we have only ever gotten sick at this hotel. Do with this information as you wish.

the vip customser support was really bad. the lady who guided us at the check-in sent us to sales center for membership marketing and we wasted 3 hours without any reward. it was terrible getting morning call early morning and wasted time to listen membership sale we are not interested. we will probably not visit because of her. otherwise, it was fine

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated so well. We were given the information about our rooms and how long it would take to get into because our plan arrived early. The rooms we fantastic, service was great and the restaurants were the best. I cannot wait to return.

room was really nice. food was good. Hotel is on the smaller side with not much to do activity wise. Nice beach club but also on the smaller side.

This hotel was wonderful! From check-in to check-out the staff was thoughtful, helpful and so incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and truly resembles a “wellness” vibe, the food is incredible, lots of fun things to do without feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this to any adults needing a relaxing vacation.
Ennea beach club you have free access and shuttle too - definitely make time to go here!

The hotel was remarkable. Everything was clean and look just like the pictures presented. To see it all in person was even all the better. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I would should suggest is that you add transportation or scooters to the front of the hotel so that those stay with their own plans can get to the hotel quicker. The walk from the front to actual hotel is soooooo long.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean and the restaurant meals were delicious. We would highly recommend the hotel. The entertainment staff were great. Creating fun activities for all. We are are planning to return soon.

Amazing and relaxing vacation!! The resort was superb, we never left! Staff was amazing, special shout out to Mario and Esteban on the rooftop and Andy and Jorge in the Vantage Club. We were lucky to have such incredible service. The food was fantastic. And I don’t know how they did it, but everything smelled fantastic. We would definitely love to return and stay again. My personal favorite was sunrise yoga on the rooftop with Cristal. She was the best!!! We greatly enjoyed this wellness focused getaway.
