We stayed on first guest room floor (third floor of the building). The noise from hallway and downstairs very big. During the midnight ,we still can heart the noise from downstairs. This property is not even close to being worth the money spent .. everything from the cheap furniture in the room to the terrible food .. if this place didn’t have the beach club I would have left earlier than I did. The food was terrible the view on the lagoon side feels like prison and the hotel looks like an old cruise ship. There was zero vibe and my local 7-11 was better than the one shop they had on site. The beach club was great but other than that I cut my stay short and went to another hotel.

Pagamos el vip por el acceso al rooftop y en realidad ahi todos tenian acceso.no hay diversion. Cero sport bar. Cero discoteca. Solo el beach club y cierra a las 6 pm. Ademas las pocas areas para consumir todas con horario.bebidas alcohólicas despues de las 10 am.y muchas cosas mas. En verdad es un hotel con mucho potencial q esta abriendo por etapas en este momento hay muchas mejores opciones en cancun.

The property is very new and clean. Not all the amenities are available - spa is not available yet. The shuttle to the beach club is every 20 minutes. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible. The pool on the main floor is spacious. A lot of activities provided in the property. The restaurants are awesome - food and drinks are good, ordered room service - it was delicious too. Very happy about the property in general.

This property is beautiful & the staff is kind & courteous.The views from the balcony are stunning & they have activities to keep you occupied. I enjoyed free tarot & crystal readings the most. I did find the bath linen to be extremely stained & nasty looking.The big fluffy brown pool towels is what guest should have in the rooms instead. Also on Saturdays they allow people to come on property, set up stands & sell various differenr items. They call to you & harass you as you are going to & from the pool, to the bar even when you say no. People are there to relax & could do without the harassment. Otherwise i would certainly return. Food was very good & drinks were decent as well!
