We had a wonderful time at are stay at the Dream sands resort. Weather was wonderful and the resort was beautiful and clean! The people did everything they could to make the stay absolutely perfect! Will definitely consider going back. They also had wonderful entertainment during the day and at night!

enjoyed the view other than the seaweed that was on the beach but that is not the fault of the resort. Food choices were good My only complaint was that in the preferred area of the pool all the chairs were "saved" very early and were not available for the day. Most of the time going by them there wasn't anyone in them until later in the day.

Has a really nice beach but the guy on charge of the beach Luis I think was his name, he charge extra if u want a chair, basically saying everything is bussy even at 7 am when barely open and there’s nobody there, I complaint with management and said he is in charge of the area so basically there was no management and this lady is worthless.

The resort was amazing I was here for 4 days, the staff was amazing they made you feel like you belong and your at home, the restaurants were amazing they go beyond what you would expect. The room I had was good only problem was the door lock to the bathroom was broken so I could not lock my bathroom door but other than that it was amazing. Next time I’m back in Cancun I will definitely book with dream again.

This was my 4th time visiting Cancun, and while the ocean views and overall vibe were stunning, our experience at this resort was a mix of good and frustrating. The small, walkable layout made it easy to access every part of the property. We were greeted with cold towels and champagne at check-in, which felt luxurious, and were encouraged to upgrade to the Preferred Club. It sounded worth it: access to a private pool and beach area, a quieter a la carte breakfast spot, and a lounge with light snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. By 8 a.m., nearly every pool chair was “reserved” with towels. Staff were unhelpful until Julio from concierge, Luis, and Angel from the pool, stepped in and went above and beyond to assist us. They made us feel seen and valued. Laura Coco at the Preferred breakfast was also amazing—warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Sadly, we often felt overlooked by other staff. As a tattooed, younger LGBTQ couple, we didn’t seem to fit the typical guest profile. The worst part was Amstar, the resort’s shuttle service. Our contact Jose ghosted us when our flight changed, and Carlos from concierge was cold and unhelpful. We had to book an Uber, which was cheaper and hassle-free. We work in hospitality and understand upselling—but this resort took it too far. We came to relax, not to be pitched nonstop.

Ok food, but no one trying to trick you into going to another hotel. So many scams trying to get people into buying a piece of a property, was nice not being hit up here. Dont fall for any facebook schemes with 4 nights 5 days, is all scams.

Horrible experience in prefered booking. Everything that was promised was completely a lie we did not get to enjoy ourselves. most of the time they were asking us to buy stuff. Everything is an extra cost restaurants need reservations otherwise you don’t get in on the all-inclusive room Service only has three items available. Staff completely harasses you to purchase other items including a $50,000 hotel membership completely ruin our anniversary celebration.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, where the staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to serve the food at a hotter temperature. Overall, we can't wait to visit again.😊
