We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. The resort itself was clean, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall such a fun and beautiful place to stay in Cancun. I would definitely come back!

The beach and pools were very nice. The room was comfortable. I did not like that there were people constantly trying to upsale our group while we were there and trying to get us to spend more money at an all inclusive.

Amazing experience that pleasantly surprised me! The staff was super friendly, and the service was absolutely amazing for the price. There were also many events and cool performances that kept us busy within the resort. The restaurants were tasty and offered a lot of variety, and there was also a cafe open the entire day with a bakery. Would highly recommend staying here, especially during holidays when they have a lot of special events.

Too bad ao many chairs at pool were reserved all day by people who didnt show up except for an hour or two i understand they paid for it but maybe limit the time to when they want to be there so others can use the chair prior to their arrival.

I loved staying at this hotel, great location the amenities. The employees made us feel welcome at all times, they gave us great attention, service, super kind employees, great food, music and great vibe to party. My only complaint was the bath towels, it was very rough and that the hotel doesn’t have hotel shuttle. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would stay here again!
