I booked twice at this inclusive (solo trip) and all I can say is that it is a perfect hotel to relax by yourself, your partner or family it’s very kid friendly. As I mentioned I went solo and the staff made me feel safe they are friendly and greet you all the time. The activities that are included are awesome in case you get bored of relaxing hahaha 100/10

The week was exceptional as was the Dreams Sand resort. The ease of scheduling excursions at the resort was very nice. The dining options were good. Overall it was a wonderful vacation

Second visit to Dreams Sands was disappointing. Resort feels run down with multiple maintenance issues. The restaurants were intermittently closed. The Sports bar was only open once during our stay for a show, but otherwise not used. Housekeeping was hit or miss, and more miss than hit. We were in Preferred and promised turndown service. We got it one time in 7 days, even after trying to order it on their app! The exterior of the property beach and poolside, looked very unkept. People who worked in the World Cafe were very kind, but the guys at the Preferred beach were almost indifferent. 2 years ago when were were there, they treated us great, and couldn't do enough for us. We are good tippers, but this year felt that we should have saved our money. Drink and food service to the preferred beach was not consistent at best and really slow. Food at most restaurants was mostly bad. We will not return.

The beach was beautiful, perfect white sand. Staff cleaned seaweed every morning to ensure you had pic perfect water, food was good not amazing but multiple options for all.

They wouldn’t let you in the pools because they set up a dinner. When it rained they have nothing in doors to do. They took money from my husbands wallet in our room. I’ll never go back . I paid to upgrade and once I bitched the day before I left did I get the service I paid for.

The pools had so many tiles missing. The beach had sea weed all over. I paid for up grade and did t get it till night before I left. Money was taken from my husbands wallet because we did not know they came into the room anytime they wanted. I will never go back there.

We went with family. Grandparents and kids had a great time. Food and drinks were great, and different dishes everyday. Great food options for kids too. Beautiful clear water beach and no seaweed. Multiple pool options. We had a great time and will definitely be going back.

We went as a family of 4. My husband, 21yo daughter and 4yo son. Positives: The location is stunning. The water is very shallow so it's great for kids. No seaweed, a warm. Really, a dream. Negatives: 1. The main negative was the deception of the vip staff. Beware-they will try to sign everyone up for a timeshare. My 21 yo daughter decided to attend (she makes adult money). She watched the 90 min presentation and they refused to provide the 3 day 2 night stay as promised. They had 3 people attempt to sell her the package. She went with the intention to possibly purchase because she loved the area so much but was not at all impressed with the property or amenities. They told her that she didn't meet the qualifications because she was not 30yo or married. No one explained that prior to booking her or attempting to sell her the package. It was not stated on any of their paperwork. Deceptive practices. 2. The food was mediocre at best. Room service food was not good. 3. We had 2 rooms. Room 1: had a broken shower door so the bathroom would flood every time you took a shower. We would clean it up ourselves of course but it was very annoying. The shower water would go from warm to scolding hot several times during the shower in both rooms. Be careful with kids. Room 2 smelled musty and moldy the entire time. Giant bug in room 2. Needs new paint, chipped. 4. There was very little alcohol in the drinks. 5. No one answers the phone. Called front desk, spa, service etc.
