Great place, great town!

There was no wifi and no t.v. but everything else was great, especially for the price. Puerto Morelos is a wonderful town in between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. This apartment is about a 10 minute drive from the beach and has an amazing pool. It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer. Other than the fact the free wifi and a t.v. should be taken off of the listing, I would highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely worth the price!

The worst

We arrived at the security gate to meet the woman to let us in the apt. We stood outside in the heat for 20 min. With our suitcases where the taxi dropped us in the complex.we had lots of luggage and a cooler.after dragging our stuff for about 3 blocks thank God a nice Mexican man came to help us. Once there we had to drag are stuff up 3 flights of stairs. No towels no toilet seat , tv

It's an Air B&B, no pool no concierge no services

Booked a shuttle from Cancun airport but the shuttle driver had no idea where this place was. Had to borrow a phone to get a hold of the owner who had to pick me up from the shuttle which had pulled over next to the highway in Puerto Morelos. When we got there the owner handed me the keys and said he had to leave to meet other people to hand keys to. There is no concierge, no pool, no services, no information. IYou're stuck in a working class residential neighbourhood, far from the beach and the beach town of Puerto Morelos. I had to walk around the neighbourhood to find the taxi stand, grocery store and anything else I needed. This place is really only good for people who speak spanish and have a car. It's nothing more then an out of the way Air B&B that half the taxi drivers couldn't find their way to. You have an apartment, that's it. This should not be listed on Expedia as accommodations. Very misleading.

La ubicación no era clara, a la llegada solo se nos proporcionó 1 hbutacion de las dos reservadas por lo que no fu suficiente para mi familia. Las sábanas y cubiertas de almohada sucias, los colchones en mal estado. El internet nunca funcionó, la piscina estaba inservible / agua verdosa. En fin no recomendable

No era lo prometido falto aire acondicionado en una habitación, no estaba limpio, la ropa de cama no estaba lavada, no tenía wifi tuvieron que conseguir con vecinos, no tenía la tv ni antena para ver canales locales mucho menos tv de paga,

Muy decepcionante, el departamento no contaba con ninguna television, no tenía wifi, una recamara no tenía luz y la otra no tenia aire acondicionado, la verdad muy mal. nada que ver con lo que yo contraté
