Staff could use some hospitality training that work around the pool areas. More specifically the lifeguards. Had a few rude encounters and was surprised that was acceptable. The app that you use to make reservations is glitchy and depending on who you talk with you get different policies. This made some of the trip less smooth than we would have liked. Other than that it was a good family trip.

Pool area was great as well as the front porch. Beach was not as expected, too brown and always full of seaweed. Restaurants were difficult to make reservations and get in. The highlight was the buffet which had a very good spread. The Seafood restaurant, terrible so was the Japanese

We had a very bad experience. The first room had a urine odor around the restroom. It took them 2 days to change our room. Then we moved to a room with no A/C working, (summer in Cancun) the “fixed it” and again another night without sleep bc the AC was not cooling… the last night we got transferred to a working room… terrible overall experience

Extremely comfortable and large rooms for a girls trip of relaxation and fun! We had our own pool and had people from the bar delivering drinks and food to us all day long! The staff was amazing, room service excellent, and we couldn't be happier! There was lots of fun activities as well - entertainment every night - lazy river and zip line!
Premium Junior Suite with walk-out pool!!! An incredible view to wake up to every morning, and staff to bring you drinks and food all day in! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending to a friend! (The beach kinda sucks)

Overall a Good Experience with Some Disappointments We recently stayed at Dreams Natura for five nights, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel has a luxurious feel, with beautiful grounds, clean pools, and plenty of activities—especially for kids. In fact, five nights didn’t feel like enough time to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The kids absolutely loved the water park, slides, and outdoor spaces. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the environment around the hotel was truly enjoyable. However, there are a few things I feel other travelers should be aware of: Food & Dining: We specifically chose this resort based on the great reviews about the food quality—but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, especially at the buffet. • For the first three days, the food variety was limited and the quality of the chicken and beef dishes wasn’t great. • While the buffet staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate custom orders, the overall dining experience was disappointing. • It was also extremely difficult to reserve the specialty restaurants through the app, as it kept showing everything as “full” each night. We were only able to secure a reservation for the hibachi restaurant after speaking with the staff at the lobby in person. The hibachi food was good (with the exception of the fried ice cream dessert, which had a burnt oil taste). Environment & Comfort: • The temperature inside the buffet and restaurants was uncom

The resort near airport and it had really nice view and fresh air from ocean. I think resort need focus on repair ac in restaurants and cafe shop, the cafe shop is very hot when i visit. Also it say you dont need reservation for restaurants but if you dont do on the app normally everytime we walk in even 5.30pm still not avaliable table..the staff very nice and i think buffett need provide more food ,it very small to compare with other family resort..overall the resort has good water park,lazy rivers, zip line and game room..my kids love it

Excellent service from all of the staff. Great, quality and delicious foods. A lot of option where to eat, make a reservation or first come first serve basis which is not even a 15mins wait based on our experience. We really had a blast staying at Dreams Natura. A really pleasant and wonderful stay! We will comng back for sure!
