Dreams Riviera is an awesome resort. It’s smaller in size, which makes life easier when you come with kids. The rooms are spacious, and we stayed in one with a little pool. My kids loved it. The staff is amazing, Alejandra who leads activities was so sweet and full of energy and Alejandro at the swim up bar so sweet to my 5 year old son. He chatted with him and made him feel like he was his buddy. Overall, all staff was great. Food was also very high quality, we especially enjoyed the sea food and Mexican restaurants.

The property is well maintained. Food options are good. The entertainment is good. An improvement could be required to provide beach chairs with shades. I could not get a chair with shade at the pool all 4days.

This resort is very easy to navigate. There is a variety of food options and no reservations were required. Entertainment was awesome. The only thing I would want to change is our room. We were ground floor next to stairs, elevator and staff area. Very noisy and limited sleep at night. The rooms are very clean! We would go there again

Overall the hotel was nice. The property was clean and well kept. Really nice, lush and mature landscaping. The poor food quality really put a damper on the whole experience. A lot of the food was not even edible. When we ordered food it took an extremely long time to get served. Most nights the music played very loudly throughout the hotel which made it hard to sleep, especially with kids. Being a preferred guest was definitely worth it because the alcohol and food options were better.
