Food was ok. It was not as good as I thought it would be. Staff was very good. Especially Chris and Efrain in the preferred bar. The big guy at night was great too, I just forget his name. Property was nice. They worked hard everyday to remove piles of seaweed. There were 2-3 weddings everyday we were there. They are very good at setting up and breaking down the weddings. Partially because of the weddings it was often loud quite late, which could be an issue with those travelling with kids. There were lots of families there and they seemed to really enjoy the facilities. Great family pool area by grill with hotdogs and frys etc.

Staff is wonderful. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Rooms are very clean but super outdated and rust on the hot tub. Plunge pool was dirty and not usable so that was. Waste. Food could definitely be better for being a five star. But we enjoyed the trip because the staff was great.

This property was beautiful. Close to the airport. Clean rooms. Tons of activities for all ages and fun shows at night. Great restaurant selections. My only issues were that there weren't any grab and go type snacks anywhere, and they only take reservations for the hibachi restaurant once you check in. All others are first come first serve. Also, I recommend booking direct, as it was hard to get assistance and/or questions answered ahead of time since we booked through a 3rd party. Overall, it was an excellent trip. We’d go back again.

This is one of our new favorite resorts! The drive from the airport only took 20 minutes and the resort is beautiful. All the staff were over the top friendly and helpful. The restaurants were decent and no wait times and the drinks were made well. The resort has 3 pools for kids, activities, or lounging with the swim-up bar, all next to each other with plenty of poolside chairs and cabanas. Highly recommend for families.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with stress-free all inclusive, and serene beach or pool time, this resort is NOT for you. The Pool & Beach: As the resort is SMALL— Pool chairs are extremely limited (so wake up EARLY). The beach is NOT turquoise clear waters as you would expect to see in Cancun— it’s dark, rough waters full of seaweed. You can’t swim in it. The sunbathing area is very small and be prepared to get knocked with a volley ball as you try to relax. I ended up PAYING for a $50 ferry to Isla Mujeres so my daughter could swim in crystal clear waters. I had to pay $80 in cab fare to and from the ferry, and $40 for beach chairs so $170 just to swim and relax in a clear beach. Noisy and Disruptive: The resort hosts weddings every night with music blasting into your bedroom as you attempt to get rest. After I complained, they changed my room to one with a clogged sink and toilet (ew) and called my room AND KNOCKED on the door every night between 8:30 - 9:30 PM as “a courtesy” to “see if you need anything”. I’ve never experienced such intrusion at a resort! (If I needed something I would ask! No need to wake me up at night by banging on my door or calling my room until I answer!) Inconsiderate. Food & Drinks: The food and drinks were TERRIBLE at every restaurant. Even the juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc.) tasted horribly sweet and not natural. This was my third time in Cancun and unbelievably disappointing.

Great customer service at this resort with a lot of intentionality, our stay was so smooth and delightful. Not very crowded in the waters and calm in the night, perfect resort for someone with young kids who are not looking for a lot of adventure but just a relaxing time. We also liked that everything is pretty close within the resort, rooms, pools and food so it took away a lot of decision making as to what to do at what time. One thing I would mention is I have no idea why there’s such little privacy in the bathroom, the toilet and shower are practically see-through from a certain angle. Just wish the bathrooms and sink area was more private from the bedroom.
