We booked at the Ventus for 2 weeks with a group of 6 - 2 babes, 2 older adults and 2 middle age. There was something for all of us! The Ventus is attached to the 'Marina' property and is essentially the same resort. The 'Ha' is just across the road. There are SO many pools with whatever vibe you are looking for. The restaurants/buffets are amazing and KOBO (Japanese) is an absolute must! Due to the sheer size of the resort, it can be hard to get to know the staff but we really enjoyed Jorge at the breakfast buffet, Brian at the Mercado and Enrique at the dinner buffet. Thank you for an incredible holiday!

Loved cleaning service, many restaurants to choose from, food was really good, kids loved the kids club and the pools. The beach in front of the hotel was not great, water wasn’t very blue, lots of algae, we didn’t spend time at the beach because of that, but the many pools and hot tubs compensated for that.

The staff was all great but one stood out above all. Abraham was amazing at Ventus Ha ruf bar he made our experience amazing he even remembered us from 2 years ago Also our butlers Alberto and Brauluo were amazing as always checking in to make sure you had everything possible. This resort has been a favourite of ours we will definitely be back soon
