All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. The servers always made sure we had whatever we needed. The property and grounds were very well kept. This resort is probably one of the best when it comes to entertainment, the party pool with the DJ everyday was great but it was also nice to have the other more chill pool as well. This resort is also within 30mins of the airport which was nice.

My partner and I loved this property. The swim up room is always a plus for me. The party pool was a great time and good music! For an all-inclusive, the staff was very responsive, and we didn't have to wait super long for room service. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! Ps bring floaty's if you get a swim up room; it was the perfect touch!

I had very high expectations for this hotel based on the website, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them at all. The beach was a complete disaster – dirty, unsafe, and not at all like what was promised online. The photos and descriptions on the website were misleading, and the reality was far from what we imagined. The water was not clear, and there were litter and debris scattered along the shore. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
