The resort as a whole is pretty run down. All the shows got cancelled except the magic show (?). Food was meh and there was no dinner buffet so if you couldn’t get into a restaurant (no reservations) you had to wait 1+ hrs to eat. The water smelled really bad, the rooms electricity was odd, the lights would just turn on and off randomly. The staff wasn’t very friendly (those who were were amazing) but generally felt like a nuisance. Not worth the price we paid unfortunately.

One of the cleanest hotels. A lot of miscommunication when checking out. No one let us know they would take our belongings without permission when check out wasn’t until 12pm.

After a horrible start to our 30th wedding anniversary vacation, and arriving a day late. We were greeted with nothing but superb hospitality. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and willing to help in any way possible. The property was immaculate the room and view was great. We would like to thank Nayade who is as beautiful as she is sweet for making our check in as speedy and thurough as possible, also Luis who oversees The Strip Grill Steak Restaurant and Sonya who works at the poolside grill. Overall every staff member we came in contact with was extremely professional. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! We definitely will be going back!!

Breathless doesn't have the best beach but it is a fun resort if that is what you are looking for. It is lively, so if you are looking for quiet maybe this isn't the place. Food is good 👍 We found their beef kinda tough but everything else was quite good! Entertainment is good. We were hooping for more karaoke because last year they had it 3 times a week and it was really fun! The staff are very attentive. A big shout out to Aaron handling the towels and pool area. Great guy, personable and very helpful! Thank you!

The resort was beautiful. The staff was outstanding. So friendly. Don’t go for the beach there isn’t much to it but the pool activities and space was incredible Gabby was our pool server and she was amazing. Breakfast was spot on. So many choices. We will be returning soon. Loved it.

The bar closed at 11pm all bars . Pretty indecent for an all inclusive experience. Had more fun off the resort than on the resort. There are activities but make sure you download the bogus app that never allows you to reserve( always sold out) . The resort is super small , paid for the Xhale Club and didn’t receive much additional anything. Waste of money for the xhale club for the amount we paid I would have expected more exclusive benefits. All the restaurants have long wait times and the only option for reservation is the Hibachi (best food option there). Their hosting staff always quotes wrong wait times and there’s absolutely no way for them to track who came first. No first come first serve ( bunch of nonsense). For the amount of money we spent you would think the resort would invest in their amenities , restaurants, and activities. Compared to other resorts I’m highly disappointed. The best part of the room was the shower. Paid for an ocean view and could only see the main lobby of the resort. Do better .

Clean rooms, amazing staff, beautiful views and a great mixer of party and chill depending on your mood. The Mexican food was delicious but the other restaurants weren’t that great; excluding the steaks from the grill. Would definitely stay again nonetheless!
