We loved the beautiful property, views, and amenities. The staff was absolutely amazing, attentive and friendly. The entertainment team were so up beat and created such an amazing environment. Thanks to Yael, Fernanda, Jonathan, Gabriel, Justin and the rest. Shout out to the pool bartenders and staff as well, Gustavo, Eduardo, Guillermo, Alejandro, and Hilda for their fun drinks and attentive service!

Had a great time and the staff were very accommodating. A bit of a challenge to get dinner reservations. It’s like a race because they limit how many people can be served I assume because of staffing.

Antonio daniela valeria and eduardo Baron were the best. Didn't see anyone cleaning. We were there for 6 nights. Glasses and cups sat for days. Couldn't believe the amount of items that you had to pay extra for. Timeshare lady was extremely pushy and rude after being told numerous times we weren't interested. I would never book here again.

Resort was small, which is nice, but food was mediocre and often cold. Can’t sit in hot tub without being a privilege status guess or you pay. My prescription meds were stolen on our last day - room 11102 on 2/28/2025. Will not return.

We had a great time at this resort. Our butler Brandon went above and beyond, the bartender Ricardo always made sure we had what we needed and the blue team always had entertainment to keep us busy. Was a great place to go on our honeymoon.

The beach was beautiful, staff were friendly and the resort entertainment was excellent! We especially loved the conscience of being close to multiple excursion locations and the airport.

Food was excellent at all restaurants. Only suggestion is room service needed and coffee on property available before 8:00 am. We were only able to get dinner reservations through Expedia reps who did an excellent job of providing our needs (Daniella and Valeria).
