All staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Pools were very nice but could use a good cleaning (not once did I see cleaning happening, lots of algae and sand). Bartenders were all fantastic, loved the Mike's Coffee, Route 66, lobby entertainment and sitting area, smoothie bar and ice cream station!

Great resort with large beachfront, a good selection of restaurants, and plenty of pools and areas to hangout. Employees were great but specifically liked Aide in the buffet restaurant & Sergio in the Villa Marina bar.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time visiting The Ocean Coral and Turquesa! From the start at check in was so welcoming. We had a butler named Sebastian who was the absolute best! I cant not say enough great things about his services for my husband and I. He was extremly efficent and such a friendly soul. All the staff is very kind and generous in their care for the visitors. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are very clean and refreshing. The food!! Amazing! Gorgeous place! We will absolutely be back! Thank you all for such a beautiful experience. We appreciate each and every one of you.

I’m giving this 3 stars because like other reviews have said, the staff wasn’t always the friendliest. We booked a 2queen bed room and when we got to our room it was a king bed. The staff did not have too much remorse about this, and after about 2+ hours of back and forth we finally settled for a king bed. The food was good at the specialty restaurants but the main buffet was not that great. The resort itself is nice and has many pools. There is one with a swim up bar which was very nice. No fault to the resort but the beach wasn’t great. I got my moneys worth since I got a great deal on this vacation but I don’t necessarily think I need to go back anytime soon.
