We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and very diverse. The entertainment program was wonderful every day (especially Halloween and Día de Muertos). The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There were only a couple of small issues: the water in the bathroom sink drained slowly and sometimes some dishes and forks in the main restaurant were not perfectly clean. However, these small things did not spoil our excellent impression of the hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we definitely want to come back again.

The staff was wonderful. The grounds and pools were impeccable and many chairs available. Food was great. A la cartes and bistro on adult side were the best. The buffet could be improved. Rooms were clean.

Food is horrible, you could taste oil in hashbrown not the potatoe, food was cold, not many food options, shows not as promised, service was very slow so was checkin. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night.

Room was clean and king size bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Good food except one night at Route66 was cold and didn’t get all food we ordered. Great coffee at Mikes coffee shop. Pools were nice and clean, party pool was busy. Good drinks at pools and lounge bar. Fire show and Michael Jackson show were good. Didn’t take long to check in

the property is located in a weird area. My room was by the Main Street literally. Also my husband and I were upgraded to the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. The food was not that great at all BUT THE BARTENDER ALEJANDRO BY THE SWIM UP BAR WAS AMAZZINNGGGG!!!! WAS MAKING US DRINKS NON-STOP AND MAKING US LAUGH!!! A GREAT GUY!!!

Great resort very pretty. For the most part, the food is pretty good. Some of it is excellent. Some of it is pretty average though. But beautiful resort and friendly staff. The sales pitch for the timeshare program that was long and annoying. We fell for that one, and it was kind of high-pressure.

The staff were all so kind. They cleaned your room 1-2 times a day which was amazing. The resort was beautiful - besides the ocean. Lots of seaweed and the water was brown. Food was good (try the Italian place! They give you fresh bread!) but if you have an Allergy.... Nothing is labeled at the buffet and they don't speak very good English. They give you an allergy card, but I was still assured something was fine for me (I double and triple checked) and after eating it was told it was not fine for me. Almost died that night. Got very sick.

Great customer service. Beautiful ocean view but sad there was still so much seaweed. Clean room but bathroom looks a little outdated. The sink would almost overflow after just washing my hands. The room always would feel weirdly damp. Food options are decent, but one buffet's hours are not consistent for dinner. Reserving a spot for a restaurant is sometimes a hassle. Overall this resort is decent for those who want a quiet relaxing vacation, but it is only worth a one time stay.

We have stayed at this resort multiple time because the staff is so wonderful! Our butler Carlos always goes out of his way to make our stay amazing. The staff in the privilege restaurant make every meal a great one. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served with a smile and very accommodating! We love all the guys Angel, Javier, Kevin and the rest! Alfredo from the spa gives the best chair massage poolside! Ricardo at the elbeso pool is a so hard working and goes out of his way to keep everyone happy, and the pool concierge Claudia and Jose take great care of the guests! Overall the food is great, and it's very relaxed ! The staff and relaxed atmosphere are 100% what makes it our favorite hotel in Cancun! Thank you to Carlos,
