Great resort, really didn’t have many complaints. The only thing was it was impossible to get a dinner reservation if you weren’t a signature guest & weren’t up right at 9 to book something (9:15am was too late). Other than that the resort was good!

Only problem was unfriendly lady in ice cream shop. Very rude to my three granddaughters, ages 9-11-14. Spa pedicure was a complete waste of money. Most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever had. Everything else was great. People were super nice. Fun pool activities. Food was very good.

Spend there vacation with friends from another country. We were very pleased how ckean and safe place was,dining options were good,so as coffee shop and ice cream place. Bowling alley was fun! Beach was full of seaweed but we knew about it in advance. Swimming pools were nice and relaxing. Staff were outstanding!

Beach view was beautiful besides the smelly seaweed. Spa was amazing! The french restaurant was absolutely delicious. Bar members Marco, Alejandro, and Gustavo where absolutely amazing!

Entertainment was great as there were always different choices. Food was very bland especially room service and got tired of the weak choices at the buffet. Pool was chipping away and found tile pieces in bottom of the pool and a friend cut his foot and they didn’t do anything else with cleaning of the pool afterwards. Wouldn’t come back as it was subpar at best.

Beautiful property. Very nice staff. Great food in the buffet. Route 66 diner staff and food was amazing. The manager of Routt 66 is so fun and made our dining experience so relaxing along with our waiter. Hotel room floors were dirty but the rest of the room was clean. The bowling was super fun. The adult area pool was by far the best pool service in the resort. Did not see any theater shows and was hoping for a little more evening entertainment but overall above average resort. The staff were incredible for the most part. Thanks for a memorable vacation and would come again and looking forward to the new sister property ooe inf soon near you.

We loved our stay! The pools were clean and family friendly. The staff is nice and helpful. The food was yummy with lots of variety at both the buffet and the restaurants. I would recommend if you’re traveling with children to request a room far away from the party pool. There were some nights during our stay the music was loud into the night. Overall we would definitely stay again!!

First room given was hot with no A/C. Was told that it is working, and should consider turning on the fan. Ended up sleeping there one night. The beddings had a very stinky smell due to the no a/c. It was very musty. Was moved to another room the next day - was much better. The a/c worked, so the beddings did not stink. Did not give the hotel a high rating because the hotel credit of $50 for VIP members was not a credit, but coupons to use towards at least $150 purchase at the gift shop. Therefore, it is not a resort credit, but a discount with a minimum purchase of $150. Therefore, it is really a 33% off with a minimum purchase of $150. There were no spirits in the room's minifridge - only had water, pop and two cans of beer - no spirtis/hard liquor. Asked for beach towels, took 30 hours to be brought to the room. Food was above average. Activities at the resort were well planned and many to choose from to participate. There is a bowling alley, games room with pool, air hockey, ping pong table, board games and a digital games room for the kids.

Generally, all was as it should be. Nice property, thoughtful staff, very nice and spacious room. Always areas for improvements - check in process is slow and needs simplification. Food was good and up to standard but not exceptional. All in all, I would recommend.

4/5 Everything was great about this property, from the wait staff, food options and cleanliness. But where this resort fell short in was the service for guests for their room. For example for the first 3 days basically more than half of the trip I kept telling the staff that our door doesn’t work and doesn’t let us in, times we would have to stay outside of our room for up to 30 minutes and a couple of times they said they called someone to check it out and no one ever did. The door for our room was very frustrating and us waiting til after check in time to get our room even though we arrived 6 hours earlier.
