The motor inn was very clean, my toddler could play on the floor in the room without me feeling any need to stop her. Despite the highway nearby it was quiet with windows closed. Free parking was good. If you have a loaded trailer, the carpark doesn't let you drive around, so get used to reversing. Yes I would stay there again if visiting South Brisbane. Excellent place.

Such lovely people and wonderful service! Easy booking and check in/out. Great sized room, very clean and tidy. Decided to stay an extra night and was sorted out without no problem at all! Highly recommend staying

Property manager presented terrible service. Payed for the reservation and then the manager cancelled our booking and took it in his own hands to ring myself, had to get a refund from wotif. All on the day of checkin and had to then wait 7 days for the money to clear. Not happy

We're sorry you feel that way, but that is the normal procedure. You booked thru an agent, paid thru an agent, get refund from that agent. We have the right to refuse guest if they have a history with us from previous stay such yourself. You failed to abide by our occupancy conditions and for that we prefer not to have you stay with us. Reason to cancel your booking thru your agent and request to relocate you. You made a booking 7.47 pm,day of check in, 1 hour before close of business.
