The restaurant had amazing food and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Hotel was lovely, room was spacious and bed were really comfortable but a few upgrades might me due for bathrooms.
Convenient location, friendly staff. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and it was only set up for 2 occupants when we checked in. This was quickly remedied when we contacted guest services, but for a Sheraton branded hotel, I would have expected that this should have been noted in the booking ...
good location...........great view of river.........good value for price.......... staff very good
Aside from the brand promise that the Hilton offers, I always find I have a predictably good experience. Staff are always friendly, service is always excellent.
