The tv was out the entire time of our stay was told direct tv would be out to fix them but never happened. Breakfast: eggs, biscuits and gravy were served cold, sausage was under cooked. Toilet in the room I stayed in only flushed if you hold the handle down the entire time untile the water went down. Pretty disappointed

The beds were comfortable, the pillows plentiful. The upholstered chairs were old and noticeably in need of cleaning or replacement. Other than that, the room was clean. The TV was small, the internet was slow and spotty, and the DirectTV was about 1/2 advertising channels. The A/C worked well and the shower was decent. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the better ones I've seen in a hotel in this price range. Overall, it was a positive experience, as the hotel was in a great location for what we were interested in.

Disappointed with room. Stayed four nights - no cabinet with drawers to unpack our suitcases. Bathroom had rusted ceilings-needed some upgrading. Issues with the TV- was resolved the second day. The lady working the breakfast area was great as well as the young man at the front desk who worked in the evenings. Would not stay again as the pictures of the rooms online did NOT match the room we stayed!

Staff were friendly and hotel is in a good location. Nice hot breakfast with a variety of choices. Room was clean with a mini refrigerator. Very easy to get to all the local attractions and theaters. Hotel is showing some age but is being updated. I recommend it as a good place to stay while visiting Branson.
