Love this hotel. Stayed there twice now. Great food, roof top hot tubs spactacular! I hike into town but not bad. Ski hill shuttle across the street so convenient and free. Free bus tickets while you stay in Banff and free parking! Great rooms very cozy and great staff m!

When we specifically ask for a room without any pet allergens and we were told that we were in a section of the hotel with no dogs and we hear a dog bark and my wife wakes up with a rash on her neck and puffy eyes. they changed us room but imo not enough!

My two teenage daughters and I loved every minute of our stay at the Otter hotel! We loved the room. It was clean and classy, the tea and coffee were a treat, the soaps and lotion smelled so good, and most of all, we loved the hot tubs. The spa amenities, with fire pits and couches were so lovely. It was relaxing and we bonded during our mother/daughter stay!

I had an excellent stay at Otter Hotel! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and everything felt fresh and well-maintained and the hot tub experience felt very premium, relaxing, clean, and perfect after a long day.
