First time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the hot tubs, but still hung out around the patio fire tables, which were really nice! It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but they offered bus passes for the duration of our stay. We didn't use them, because we wanted the exercise, but a great option and a nice courtesy because parking is limited and can be expensive. We enjoyed the Rocky Mountain Soap Factory bathroom products although, being familiar with them, pretty sure the hand soap was watered down. Pillows were a bit firm for our liking, but we didn't ask about a pillow menu. They offer coffee and tea options for each day, but we also didn't use that service. There's a higher end restaurant onsite called Good Folk, as well as a cafe and restaurant at the adjacent hotel called Sudden Sally, which we tried and would recommend. Overall a positive experience; we'd consider staying there again.

Quiet area of Banff with a nice hot pool overlooking the mountains. Good restaurants on site, for different price point options. Further away from downtown Banff, which had a quieter atmosphere.

Beautiful new hotel! The custom, local coffee was an incredible treat upon check-in. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Only issue was that we were unable to get Netflix or Prime working, but there were plenty of cable channels to pick from. The rooftop hot pools were a welcome relief after a long day of snowboarding. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was immaculately clean and the room furnishings and decor were so lovely. I loved the pour over coffee set in each room. It's a dream for a pour over coffee folks. I usually travel with my own pour over equipment everywhere so this was a bonus. The Good Folks restaurant was to die for. We are from NYC and Good Folks delivered higher culinary experience than NYC's popular restaurants. When your child's 'butter pasta' tastes like a proper main dish quality, you know everything else on the menu is superb. We had fish as main dishes and they didn't disappoint. They were so beautifully presented with sophisticated flavors that truly elevated the dishes. We tried different dishes and we couldn't get enough! We also loved the fact that the restaurant's decor wasn't over the top too formal. Decor was warm and charming. We will travel again to Banff anytime just for Good Folks!

We had such a nice stay, the hotel is cozy and comfortable yet modern. The check in and service was great. I loved the coffee service they offered, such a nice touch! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and products were very nice too! Our favourite part was the roof top hot pools and fireplaces with the nice view! We really enjoyed spending time out there both nights of our stay.
