Enjoyed our stay! The hot pool was a great feature. Waiter staff and the front desk were friendly and helpful. We booked a king with a mountain view. Unlike the pitcures shown here, some of those rooms are blocked by a roof across from the room.

Beautiful new hotel overlooking the mountains. Great hot tub. Josh & Kate were extremely helpful with booking our tour to Lake Louise/Moraine Lake. Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend

Very nice room. Really enjoyed the stay. It was far enough away from the bustle of the main business area but close enough to walk. The bus was a good option too. The tea and coffee in the room was a bit unusual but fine once we figured it out

They gave me the best room for my reserved class. Hotel is at the edge of town. Parking in the downtown area is limited. If you are not up to walking, there is bus outside the hotel. Just saying. Hotel is very nice, loved the outdoor hot tub.

Loved this hotel and will stay here again when in Banff. Location was excellent and easy to walk to downtown. The hot tub was amazing and overall a great place to stay at. We stayed 5 nights.

Beautiful lobby, front patio, and hot tub areas. The room was nice but small for a Superior Suite. Having a deck outside is enjoyable, but if your room is on the interior, you are looking into another row of rooms. You have to keep your blinds closed for privacy. Banff is pricey, everywhere. A discount for residents of Alberta would be great. For $720 / night, I expected more. The bathroom pocket door didn't close all the way, the hardware in the bathroom was silver in the shower & gold on the sink & towel hooks. The shower head was loose, and I had to tighten it so water didn't spray out of the hose. The TV could only be seen sitting on the couch because it's not mounted on the wall. Just simple things, but makes a $700 room feel like they missed the mark. The on site restaurant, Good Folk, was very good.

Room is clean, cozy, spacious and gives you breathtaking views of the mountains from the balcony. Location is a little farther from the busiest area in Banff (aprox. 8 minutes walking), which makes it very quiet. It was a wonderful stay!
