The condition of the room was only OK, and probably needs a bit of investment as the decor is dated. Bed was comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was great. A bit of dirt and dust around the windows and blinds, so would benefit from a thorough clean. Good proximity to local ammenities along Parnell Rd.
