Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This residence promises cool, contemporary living in the upmarket suburb of St Johns. Premium location overlooking Colin Maiden Park and within walking distance to local shops/supermarkets, sports centers, bus stop and Train Station.

This is also our beloved newly built holiday house.

There is an internal garage with automatic garage door, the garage can fit in small cars less than 4.2m long. Large SUV can be parked off street, plenty of spaces on the street.

Hotel grade cleaners conduct full clean after ever stay so have peace in mind of the hygiene in this property.

The tri-level design of 161m2 offers practicality with a studio + ensuite on the entry level. Three bedrooms including a master with ensuite on the top level and the middle level dedicated to spacious open plan living. The stunning kitchen has been designed to cater to the demands of daily life as well as handling entertaining on any scale, and landscaped gardens and a choice of balconies on the upper and middle level provide relaxed outdoor living zones and peaceful park views.
