We love Bahía. Prior to having children Bahía adults only was the place to go. Now with family and small children Bahía Tulum is the best place to be.

Very beautiful landscaping and facilities. Walkable and close to beach which was also clean and pretty. Good shuttle,room service and food selections. Access to Coba was good to have. Pool side entertainment during the day and and the evening was very fun. I would return again.

Love the property! it's well maintained and beautiful grounds. Pool closing hours should be longer then 6PM. If you want a beach vacation, then this is not the place. Too many rocks and mountain of seaweed. I was looking for a relaxing snorkeling dive, but I couldn't even get my feet in the water. I hear there is a sectioned off to subdue the harsh waves for folks to swim but found to be a myth as I couldn't find it. Buffet restaurant was great...the Alacarte not so much. We tired the Thali Indian restaurant (too much spice and salty to taste anything else). Mikado was ok...food is good show was just alright. Nightly entertainment shows could use some work. Overall, the place was great but the having no beach broke the deal as that's my highlight of my vacation. So i may not return for that reason.

Beautiful property. Good service. Attentive staff. Nice pools. Good shows at night. Very small std room. It was supposed to fit our family of 4 but it was way too small for that. The bathroom door is actually only semi private. Same with shower door. After pointing that out, they did take care of us and gave us a much better room. The main buffet was average. Quality and selection of the food could be better. Not many options for vegetarians. And they use the same grill and utensils for everyone so if you’re a strict vegetarian, not ideal. We had a terrible experience at the Thali restaurant and great experience at Tequila restaurant. Also, beach was full of seaweed and it was pretty much no access. Overall, we liked it but wouldn’t go back.

The hotel and staff overall were good. I’m rating them a 3, because all restaurants were booked by the time we arrived, our AC didn’t work in our room at check in, but it was fixed promptly. Pillows smelled funky. There was no coffee bar at the hotel but hotel amenities said there was, we never saw it. Not enough staff to wait on people at the pool. Drinks were watered down. However all staff was friendly.

It was really fabulous. Every single person truly seemed to enjoy their jobs, were friendly, and eager to help. I loved the landscaping, flowers and greenery. I loved the abundant wildlife. I loved the rain head shower fixture in my room. I loved having 5 pillows. The food choices were delicious and abundant. Excursions and spa services were easy to book with great availability. I had a great stay.

We visited your hotel last week after several years and were pleasantly surprised with the renovation and how the suite looks today. This is the third time we have stayed in your hotel, we like everything from the service, menu, atmosphere, program, waiters. I have no complaints except that the beach is not accessible and the sea is full of seagrass. A special impression on my children, who are teenagers, was left by the entertainment team, which is excellent, especially Eric Warm recommendation for this hotel

This was a gorgeous property that felt spacious and homey the moment we arrived. We had our own rental car and parking was very easy. Check in was a little disappointing as the 2 bedroom suite I booked was actually a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out couch in the living room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will probably go back.

We loved our time at Grand Tulum! The Hotel and grounds were incredible and well maintained. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Tons of activities for the whole family - We will be back for our next vacation!

Poor performance from the staff. I spoke few times with the guest service to get additional gestures to celebrate my partner 50 th. Nothing was done ! Very disappointed! Very limited option for lunchtime ! Ongoing construction and renovation included during the weekend. Very noisy ! Clean location and also great cleaning services. Service is very inconsistent. Spa (used for massage and also manicure) poor service and performance! At the manicure the ladies were talking together instead of focusing on the customers! Clearly not a 5 star in my view!
