Could only get one a la carte dinner. Not enough staff for the amount of people on the resort. long lines for everything. The app for the resort said there was food trucks and there wasn’t. The beach was dirty and there was no where to sit.

I only liked the staff service of the spa, Rosa & Luisa really took great care of me! The food & dining were not great the service not that great, I had one a la carte reservation but I couldn’t because it was full. They have to update that app asap because it sucks. Beach crowded! Didn’t like the experience.

Great vacation until last morning. There was a water leak in our room from ceiling. It took multiple phone calls to front desk and much confusion before someone finally came to repair it. I spent my last morning mopping and squeegeeing the floor waiting for maintenance to arrive. Asked at front desk about compensation. Was given an email to contact. Which I will be doing.

Got married here 10 years ago and return with our kids to show them where mommy and daddy had our wedding. The resort staff was much better the first time around. They were not very helpful and a bit standoffish when we needed any kind of help. It was disappointing.

I loved everything about this hotel and the food was so good specially the Mexican food. We had the VIP pass so we could go to all the resorts and eat at any restaurants. Our favorite was Akumal because the have a beautiful beach Caleta where you can see a lot of fish swimming right under you. My kids loved the kids club too and the shows for them were amazing and they got to be part of the performance and wear beautiful costumes. Will definitely be back!

The property was nice, our room needed a little TLC but not bad. The food was pretty good for the most part, but this was a very family oriented place when we were there. A lot of kids. Not the best choice if you are a group of young adults. Overall good place.
