Helpful staff, easy communication regarding transport and arrival time, great that each room has a laundry machine. Close to the Cable Car and easy walk to harbour restaurants and the Beehive / government sites. On our second stay here in a week, we were upgraded to a suite which was an additional nice comfortable touch. Highly recommended!
