Our room was not clean when we checked in. A dirty cot sat in the corner of the room, the floors had candy and hair on them, and the tv remote was sticky. This was rectified promptly upon me reporting it. The beds were very uncomfortable. There is zero security at this hotel. Anyone can walk in and take the elevator to the hotel floors. There was no room safe. I did not feel unsafe, but this is not the norm in hotels. The view was incredible and the location was very walkable and convenient.

Had a great 3 night vacation stay at the hotel. Staff was great and attended to our needs. Many places of interest such as the legislature grounds are walkable. The view of the harbour was beautiful.

Really love this hotel, have stayed here twice now. It is out of the busyness of downtown but has beautiful views of the inner harbor. The pool, hot tub and patio chairs need a little love and cleaning
