This was our second time staying and all I can say is WOW WOW WOW Everything was absolutely amazing. The Christmas dinner was beautiful and delicious, truly special. The location is perfect, the views are stunning and so peaceful. The staff is incredibly kind, warm, and always so helpful. And the facilities are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt special from beginning to end. We loved it so much and will definitely come back

Didn't do breakfast at the hotel as there were no vegan options available. Lot's of restaurants nearby avaliable for breakfast though. We loved the room and the staff were lovely. We had a lovely diner at Lure and appreciated they had vegan dinner options which was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

There is a noise you can hear in that room that sounds like some kind of machine running. You can hear it about every 10-15 min and it runs day/night. I was in room 519. I also did not have a robe/slippers in my room which I had to request. The sign in the room says the coffee shop opens at 6am but it does not open until 630am. I have stayed here before and had a much better experience so perhaps it was just this room. I booked directly through the hotel last time and perhaps I was given a less desired room because I booked on Expedia.

The hotel was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The property is along Songhees Parkway which is pretty in itself. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well as the staff was amazing! Ellen during the week and Joey in weekends, both incredible servers. The property is walkable to .OST things downtown with parking available for a fee! We had a wonderful stay!!
