Location was great for our purposes - close to the water and the Vancouver aquatic centre. There was a lot of noise from a nearby bar at 2:30-4:00am on Friday night, but quiet the other two nights. Good kitchen, bedroom, etc but it could have a few more essentials (maybe some cooking oil in addition to salt and pepper. We would stay again.

Smooth check in. Room is spacious and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the balcony since it was winter. Few minutes walk to Aquatic centre Ferry dock. We enjoyed the tiniest ferry ride to Granville Island. Nice walk to Robson St. We were on the 5th floor, I didn’t have any noise issue. We would like to stay here again!

The location of the hotel was great and parking was convenient (if a little tight). The actual bed was nice and we enjoyed the kitchen and layout- however, we traveled as a party of 4 adults and sleeping was pretty tough for multiple reasons. We were on the second floor facing the alley and were kept up until about 2am by loud music/DJ we believe coming from a bar nearby. We probably should have known when we saw ear plugs on the bed. More importantly, I’m 5’7 and my feet dangled off the edge of the sofa bed— instead of a normal hotel sofa bed with a mattress that unfolds, the back of the sofa pushes back and another piece pulls out so it’s 3 distinct different cushions. Each cushion was a different height and an inch gap between them with a metal rod. If you can sleep through noise okay/sleep late and are only staying in the queen bed or have small kids on the sofa bed, this is a nice place. But 3 or 4 adults will not be having a good time on that sofa bed.

Great apartment, but beware of online help only

The apartment itself was great- nice and roomy. The kitchen has the basics, but not fully equipped. What we found very frustrating was that everything is on the app, I mean everything! You can’t get real help from anyone. I made the mistake of not doing the check in prior to arriving so once we got here it was extremely painful as I couldn’t get it to work.

Lovely stay for Taylor Swift concert!

Fantastic property and location. Loved the room; like a nice city apartment with sweeping views. My wife and I were very pleased with the whole thing. Do keep in mind you need the Sonder app to open doors and access the building.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the accommodations exceeding our expectations. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. The apartment was spacious, sleeper sofa was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Check in process was easy and communication through the chat feature in the sonder app was efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
