The unit was very, very spacious. Had a balcony and great lighting. The living room and kitchen was great for hosting guests (we invited friends over one night for wine and games). I loved how well stocked the kitchen was (glassware, dishware, pots, pans, coffee machine). There were cleaning supplies like soap and sponges as well. What's also really convenient is that your phone (via an app) can function as your room key - just open the app and tap your door. You don't need to worry about accidentally forgetting or losing a key card. The area is tucked away and quiet, but it's just a block away from Davies St, the main street going through the vibrant and hip gayborhood. Will definitely come back to the Sunset (Sonder) again!!

Good location, safe, walkable. Lots of little shops and restaurants. Fatburger was our favorite restaurant. Two washers and two driers in a clean room. Very nice place to stay.

The apartment was nice and met our needs. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants in a charming and safe part of town. However, the kitchen was minimalist- not great if you plan to make any meals in.

This apartment is located in a lovely leafy neighbourhood while also being in striking distance of downtown. We particularly enjoyed walking around the Sunset Beach area and right through to Stanley Park. There's a great little Thai around the corner and Sonder also provided some quality tips for local dining. While it did seem a little older than the photos showed, it was nonetheless a comfortable, safe and convenient place to stay.

This condo space was clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the property with a code for the front lobby and our room. The parking is also gated. There are dozens of restaurants within 1/2 a block of the residence.

Vague property description

Stay was fairly nice and clean but unit was not fully air conditioned. It said unit had air conditioning but it only had a window unit in the bedroom that didn’t come close to cool the whole unit! I didn’t realize till that last day of 3 day stay that some of the units did have air in the main room. If I had realized earlier I would have asked to switch rooms! I was very disappointed that I paid extra for 4 guests and was not comfortable at any time during the day and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Honestly very supersized Marriott has attached their name to this property with not all units being fully air conditioned!

Good spot right in downtown so it’s very walkable with a lot to explore. The staff were very helpful and nice, they were happy to help. Plus it’s 24/7 help even if nobody is in the front desk. I got the 1 bed room and it was pretty spacious I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but I’m not too worried about that as it’s just a place to handle your business and freshen up. Nice living room with Roku which is great and a nice balcony! I recommend this place!
