nice location

Pros: good location, comfortable, had kitchen and laundry facilities
Cons: air conditioning
Location: 5 min walk to the waterfront and then a few mins by ferry to Granville Island. lovely area to walk along the waterfront all the way to Stanley park
The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed they don't have a restaurant in the building although there are many places fairly close. The rooms were very warm and the stand alone air conditioner unit didn't work terribly well to cool down the rooms. A little fan worked well for the bedroom. The hotel is in a close location to the waterfront opposite Granville Island with ferries coming every 5 mins. The concierge Albert was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us with our enquiries for dinner etc. The bed was very comfortable and all in all we enjoyed our stay there. It was a nice touch that they provided free wine tasting in the afternoon which we got to enjoy on one afternoon whilst we were there.

Nice hotel

When request maintenance on bathroom, however they try to blame us and said they are not charge us.

Good value for money.

Hotel is a little dated but service is great Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to downtown and rogers area.

Good location

Pros: Bed was very comfy.
Cons: Restaurant for evening dining, bar.
We stayed for 3 nights on the way back to Australia, room was OK with a very comfortable bed & everything you need, a little noisy being so close to a main road but that is what you get in the inner city. Good breakfast but no restaurant for evening dining, bar was OK but didn't until 6pm.The staff were awesome, Albert, the Concierge, was very helpful in recommending places to dine, trips to make or general questions and the reception & house keeping staff were excellent. Good location to walk to the many places to visit in Vancouver.

Excellent mid-sized hotel

Pros: Newspaper delivered, bottled water included each day.
Cons: A guest laundry.
Location: Walking distance to everything, far enough away to be in a quiet location.
Everything about this hotel was good. Walking distance (if fit) to trains, Downtown, Stanley Park, False Creek ferries. Staff excellent, breakfast good at good price, bed and pillows comfortable.

Convenience to Granville island and Yaletown

Hotel is in the not so nice part of the city, however within close proximity to Yaletown (by foot) and bus routes. For the $$ spent, I would have expected all of the windows to close, and it is not really a boutique wine hotel, as advertised. It does have a "bar" and patio, although no room service. The staff were friendly, however not the most helpful when it came to options for dining. Overall, very average unfortunately.

OK hotel,good for Granville Island

Pros: Basic looking tired.
Cons: Room safe could not be fixed promised to fix,but nothing done in the 3days we were there

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

hotel is close to ferries to Granville island and Robson street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Albert.

Pros: Stanley the Bell Boy
Cons: Renovations, no bar, only one elevator, poor service (except Stanley)
Location: Close to everything
Facilities: Tired; Value: Could be better; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Lacking; Left there a over a week ago and the credit card deposit still not refunded.
