We had the most amazing stay at The Parker Hotel. Kiti was a staff member that really stood out as he provided excellent service. He provided us with a bottle of wine and was able to give us a room that had the most beautiful view- which was one key reason we chose the Parker. He was also able to give us parking on the house since we were celebrating my birthday ! Overall would 100% reccomend the Parker hotel !!

Kiti at the front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. All the staff we bumped into was very courteous. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The room had been recently updated. The shampoo/conditioner/etc was nice quality and had a lovely citrus scent.

I lack of vegan options only allowed me to have the same option every day for breakfast. Last Wednesday the power was off and no breakfast was served. The amount of money I spent outside was not totally covered by the refund.
