The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING cold upon arrival and the heating system made a very loud squeal so the staff brought us a space heater. We went out and explored while it did its thing and came back to a warm room! Everything is spotless, the bed and linens are very comfy and cosy.

From the first staff greeting to the spotless room and super comfortable beds, Parker did not disappoint. Great free shuttle in downtown helped when my mom had enough walking. Great cafes and restaurants in a few blocks, three blocks to Granville Island water taxi - just perfect location.

The Parker Hotel and Rooftop was the perfect pick for our stay in Vancouver as the proximity to downtown is wonderful. The staff (particularly Kiti) were so kind and accommodating. It is a lovely hotel and we had an all around great experience. We highly recommend that you book this hotel for your upcoming travel.

Breakfast was good. The valet people were cordial. The hotel is outdated, and it is currently under renovation so it was noisy. The ventilation system in the room is really loud. One of the robes in the room were dirty. The gym is very small. We were not offered an upgrade as a Expedia platinum member, but when we brought up our concerns about it they tried to make it up by offering free parking. The lady at the front desk said she had no authority to do the upgrade. This is not a four star hotel based in my stay.
