The property needs to be updated. The couch in the room, horrible; didn’t feel or looked clean. The location is walking distance to a lot of place, but walking around didn’t feel safe.

Expensive for what you get, but pleasant stay.

The property was clean and nice city view. Bed was comfortable and spacious suite. My only complaint is the high cost, for the price we paid I would expect a far more luxurious hotel. It is die to Vancouver market conditions and time of year... Location was decent, we walked 25 mins to Granville Island. Over all a nice stay of one night.

Hotel and room were nice. Room was excellent for the price and being downtown. Concierge was also extremely helpful. Our only issue would be that the hotel is on a street with a very large number of homeless people and people doing drugs on the street. Would not recommend for families
