Great location , staff and service. All staff interaction was great. Staff are professional and look the part , they are also extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered right away with a cheerful smile. Got the pleasure of talking to Vikrant the FOM , he put the cherry on top with great customer service and brand representation at checkout. The housing keeping is doing a great job. Eveerything is good except the experience in the front desk.They need to be more hospitable. My boyfriend ask for a hot water in the reception last night but they simply told go to a restaurant.they could have handled the situation better

The hotel is located in a perfect area for exploring some great spots in Vancouver. It is also very easy to catch the skytrain or buses. Staff were friendly and they let us store our suitcases after check out until we had to head to the airport.
