"Nice hotel. Close to a lot and very centralised."
Really nice location. Close to the inperial castle. Lot of places to eat and close to transport. Only issue is the size ofthe rooms and the curtains used to separate the bathroom from the room itself (was almost see through). Bathroom size was almost too big as there wasnt enough room to move about in the room itself once our luggages were open.

"Lovely central hotel and good value too! "
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We were a bit apprehensive about booking as it is a new hotel and there was limited information on the internet about it. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We walked for 10 minutes from GInza station. It was an easy walk as they close the main streets around the shopping district in GInza so no problems getting about with luggage. You can definitely tell you are staying in a new hotel! The hotel was very modern, fresh and clean. The room itself had many extra amenities that we have not had staying in other, older and more expensive, hotels in Tokyo. There were USB chargers, you could conveniently pay for movies in your room, pyjamas provided, a study desk, mini fridge, lots of mirrors, a rain shower and a seperate tub etc. Also, if you like sleeping in a very dark room.. I don't know how they've done it but you cannot tell day from night with all of the blinds closed! It makes for a very comfortable sleep! The room was very functional and consistent with the size of other rooms in Tokyo, generally speaking. The view was not great as we were looking into another office building but it's to be expected, given location and price. The location was good it took us around 10-15 minutes to walk to Tsujiki fish market, there is a lawson around the corner and two minutes up the road you're on the Main Street in the shopping district. So very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

"Great hotel in the quiet business district "
We were two groups staying in 3 separate rooms at Dai Ichi Hotel, we all loved the staff, amenities were spotless, buffet breakfast was the best I've experienced in Japan so far, its close to the train station so you are connected with the entire of Tokyo my only complaint is the pillows - one was thick memory foam, the other was thin feather pillow...however I have discovered this is simply Japan and not just this hotel! Would 100% recommend
