I was disappointed in the service. Check in was amazing. Friendly and fast. No one was around at check out, including in the restraunt. We wanted to stay and have breakfast but no one was around. Very unprofessional. The bed had a dip in it. Very uncomfortable. My husband and i had sore back the next day. The decor had fresh paint and modern colours all though the building is outdated.

Room needed a good make over. Walls old with marks, bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bathroom very small and in need of new shower and basin.

I liked the historic nature and the location. The receptionist was really helpful and all staff were professional. I realise these heritage buildings are extremely expensive to upkeep but would love to see the Grosvenor restored to its original charm.

the walls were so thin, we could hear the pwrson in rhe next room snoring. out our window wss the extraxtor fans gor i assume the kitchen which were going all night. spend a little more money and stay anywhere else. the breakfast food was over cooked. however the receptionist when we checked in was lovely.
