Very friendly and helpful. Quick check-in, the room was very clean and so close to the airport. Having the airport shuttle running early in the morning was a big drawcard for us.

Our luggage was carried up to our room. We were encouraged to contact reception if there was anything needed. All the staff were friendly & helpful & considerate. Our room was spacious with lots of power points in good positions for charging devices. The curtains were extensive & kept out the outside lights. We were able to park close to our room.

The staff were amazing from airport pick up to check in and return back to airport. I only stayed one night but super impressed with comfort, cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Sure it could do with an update and I could see some rooms were updated but I was happy with what I got as well as great value and location. I definitely stay again

We would recommend the doors have child safety locks, as our small daughter can easily open the doors as it does not lock from inside. Some of the cups are quite grubby also

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value fair judgement and customer service. I was checking the full price of this hotel on Expedia when I accidentally booked it due to an ApplePay mishap. I immediately contacted the hotel and Expedia to let them know of the error, and even specifically told the hotel that the room wouldn’t be needed that night due to the error. I did this so they could rent out the room if needed. At the time, the person who I spoke to thanked me for that. Despite all of this, the hotel manager decided that they’d like to keep my money and not refund me the fee. Expedia informed me that they even tried to persuade them to reconsider. When I asked them to reconsider myself, they stopped responding to me entirely…
