Despite a bit of trouble checking in (requires you to be able to make a phone call, not all overseas visitors can) I had a good stay. The host was very nice and once I checked in all was good. Flat was better than expected; partially a bit worn but very well functioning. I would stay there again :)

Great location for family visiting Christchurch for BMX while enjoying a beach holiday. Staff are approachable and responsive, clean towels provided during week. Kitchen could have done with a few extra utensils and some windows and furnishings could benefit from small repairs - nothing that impacted on usability or comfort of the apartment. Sadly this is one accomodation that we will not recommend. 2pm check in and the reception was home having lunch. The apartment was run down. Cupboards falling apart in bathroom. The electric blanket only worked on half the bed…it was freezing. Unable to tap and pay when Receptionist finally arrived and the fee was more than what we saw on Wotif. No beach view. The accomodation was down a long driveway.
