This was most unfortunate. You made a booking two hours after our closing time where the Wotif website clearly shows we close at 9.00 pm When you arrived at ten minutes to Midnight, I did not hsve a booking for you and you became annoyed when I questioned how you made the booking and what Travel Agent, because the booking was not made with us prior to the end of our day. During the argument I was rude to you and I am sorry for that. Because I did not have a room for you I was about to search other properties but you left. You booked and paid to Wotif online and you will receive a refund from them. We regret this situation and should have handled it better. Please note the operating hours of a motel before you book at a late hour
