This hotel is in the perfect location. Our flight arrived at midnight and the hotel was located around a 5 minute walk from the airport. There was a small queue when we got there but the self checkout system meant we were able to check in within 5 minutes. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, so much variety and restaurant has views of the runway so was a relaxing way to start your morning.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Excellent gym with view of the runway. Staff gifted my girls a cute plush on arrival. Especially loved the water stations in each floor - cold, room temp and sparkling on tap.

Super convenient. We were coming in from Washington DC. Exhausted. So nice to have such a lovely hotel at your doorstep. Great staff. Quiet, clean, delicious breakfast, nice gym. Novotel is a great springboard into the South Island. Hope to come back one day.

It was noises from other people next door and hallway. however, the king size bed comfortable and have a good night sleep. we did not have any breakfast there as we left just after 03:30am.

Room layout was great. Loved that kids up to 16 could share in existing bedding. Proximity to airport is fantastic. Self check in and check out is great. We also loved the restaurant and offering of gluten free food
