Room was very small at 10 sq meters. Bed was against the wall and raised. Under the bed was the only place for your suitcase. If you needed to access your belongings you had to pull your bag out. I now have a sore back. The bath room was very compact, with a toilet that only flushed about every 3 times. The sign said to push firmly, so that must get them out of fixing it. The room didn’t have any windows. The good things are a very quiet room, great for sleep-ins. The hotel was very close to the main district area and bus depot. Would not recommend this hotel.

Only stayed one night and room did exactly what I needed. It was small, cosy and clean but no windows can’t be quite claustrophobic so wouldn’t do it for more than one night. The team were all helpful and welcoming!

Great spot in CBD and on the list of many tour pickups. Having laundry on-site (paid) is a plus. Room was cozy but just what I wanted - simple, functional, comfortable. Would stay again.

This lovely hotel is conveniently located for those without a car. It is 5 min walking distance to the Intercity bus stop, and 5-10 min to walk to the first tram station. Many restaurants are nearby, also approximately 10 min walking distance, and there is a restaurant on site. The breakfast buffet, although not that big, had quite a few items to choose from. With no kitchen in the room, having breakfast available was fantastic. I also was grateful to use the luggage storage facilities on my last day.
