Was noisy up to midnight due to base music from local night life. The hotel is trying to get the noise reduced. Couple of things requiring repair in the room. Towel rail loose. Slow close on the toilet seat not functioning. Suggest a toilet brush so guests can do a quick clean if it is soiled. Also three ply toilet paper to match the standard they are trying to portray. One ply loo paper is public toilet standards. Need to factor in the cost of car parking it using your own vehicle. Good location if you want to be right in the city centre. Room was comfortable.

Loved staying at this boutique hotel. Room was perfect and what I was expecting from the photos. Was immaculate and clean. Loved the plush velvet decor and colour scheme - felt posh and elegant but comfy. Easy check-in and checkout and cafe downstairs was fantastic - lovely coffee and food and didn’t have to wait long. Really enjoyed dinner at the Pink Lady restaurant on the top floor - had great service and food was delicious, would definitely go back. Only issue I had was the water temperature of the shower - I wanted it hotter and it wouldn’t go any higher. Maybe it’s a safety thing but if you like your showers hot, this is not the hotel for you. Otherwise amazing stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel lives up to its name, as the building is a very artsy and unique presentation. The room was clean and comfortable with many facilities available. The elevator is old and needs a face lift - lol. I found it was a little inconvenient having to wait around for the poor thing to eventually reach you. Otherwise great staff and atmosphere! Definitely would recommend!
