My husband and I have stayed at The Grange many times over the past few years and always enjoy our time there. It is so well located to the CBD, hospital and restaurants. The hosts are always polite and helpful and make you feel most welcome.

Reasonably priced onsite breakfast

Handy having onsite breakfast options - I stayed in the motel and while there is an information compendium in the room regarding breakfast, please note the prices are out of date by $3-4. I chose bacon and eggs with toast and jam, including a pot of tea it was $20. Also the room compendium is not up to date with local tourist attractions, or details of city supermarkets, so probably best to use the free WiFi and research these yourself. Fridge did not seem to be working properly - when I used the milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea the milk appeared to be curdled.

Lovely boutiques hotel with clean amenities and helpful staff. Very close to everything Christchurch offers and walking distance to botanical garden and city centre. Rooms are decent size with a small but usable kitchen. Definitely recommended.
