The apartment was very clean. It was large and well proportioned. Gail and Norm were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location was perfect, right across the road from the sea, and a pub/restaurant.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Gayle had all the dishes and bowls we needed in the little kitchen. The location is fabulous, right across, on a side road, from the beach and a nice long walk along the water. The bed was only a double but that was advertised. If I came again I’d likely choose a larger room. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Cave Rock Rocks

Great location opposite the beach. The room was very spacious, airy, clean and comfortable with a great shower. The kitchen facilities were ideal, too.We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and felt very relaxed in the accommodation and wished we had allowed time to stay an extra night. We can highly recommend Cave Rock Guest House.

I didn't realize just how far away this property was from the airport ($100 Uber ride). It's very clean and the host appreciates it if you let her know that you're showing up late (my train was massively delayed).

I liked this property and it offered everything needed for a short comfortable stay. The only criticism was the shower. It was impossible not to make a mess as there was no shower curtain and the whole floor, toilet etc got wet. This is easily fixed by installing a ceiling mounted track to hang a shower curtain on. Otherwise the hosts were very hospitable and their dog Bruce was a real bonus. Loved him.
