Staff were very helpful. Location excellent relative to locations we wanted to see. Dining options nearby, specifically highly recommend Tram restaurant. Food plus wine pairings was excellent.

I got a cute small room for a one night stay in Christchurch. The hotel is centrally located, so if you’re a tourist or want lots of food options this is a great place to stay. You can even access the gym and pool at the Heritage hotel next door, which was so great!

Great location, nice comfortable room and lovely staff. With the weather being very hot it was disappointing not having aircon. The staff accommodated us with a fan to use, but was too noisy to leave on through the night. Everything else was great and would stay again!

It was a nice hotel, location was great. Staff lovely. Room was nice and clean, Not the fault of 5e hotel at all but unfortunately there were renovations next door which went on until 10.30 pm and the smell of chemicals was awful. Not the fault of the hotel but maybe check these are all finished before going.

Ideal central location at a reasonable rate. Walking distance to a variety of eating establishments. Customer service and room was excellent. Despite being in a busy area the room was quiet, and comfortable. Ideal spot to catch the Christchurch Tram.

We had a deluxe queen room with a balcony. It was tiny! Shaped like an L, and you could not see the TV completely from the chair next to the bed. It had a small set of stairs that went up to a balcony. No railing on the stairs, and it came down basically to the bed, where my wife hit her foot twice during the night on it. Also – read the fine print. You have no control over the airflow in most of the rooms at hotel 115.
