Incredible stay! The staff were amazing – special thanks to Grace and the whole admin team for going above and beyond for me and my family. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of great activities for kids, making it feel like a complete holiday destination on its own. The pool was fantastic and beautifully warm. Now that we’ve found Tasman Holiday Park Christchurch, I don’t think we’ll want to stay anywhere else!

Im a Christchurch local who needed somewhere to stay in an emergency situation. I chose this place because of the look of their photos, the heated pool and spa. Firstly the pool was not at all heated. It was freezing. The heater had broken and nobody told us. Then we booked the spa and waited 20 minutes past our booked time because someone hadn’t bought their only key back. The room had no towel replacements, we had to get them ourself. They had no complimentary coffees or tea sachets. The room was cold. I would not recommend this place at all.

We love staying here, whether with the caravan for longer stays or a Kozi Kiwi for weekends. The facilities have everything you could need for a few nights away. No oven in the cabins, but the communal kitchens are a minute walk away. It’s an easy walk to a choice of two supermarkets and an easy drive to good shopping options.
