Every person on the staff that I engaged with was fantastic, and there were many that I encountered. The bed was everything I wanted. The room was spacey and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows along with a lovely view. The outdoor pool/spa was a nice feature and rare in the PNW, both were a very comfortable temp.
