I trusted that nobody would enter my room while I was gone and the do not disturb sign was on the door! Oh boy was I wrong! Not only did the cleaners enter my room they also dug thru my open suitcase. I had my clothes on the bed and my suitcase had a pair of pants covering up important papers and I came in and clothes flung all over the bed and my pants off to the side of my suitcase and my papers were a mess!!!!! I will NEVER TRUST yo stay at this motel again!!!!!

I'd give you a 3.5. Staff was very courteous (5); bed was too soft and very lumpy. (2); other than that, the room had everything I needed and seemed clean. Various areas of walls in need of repair (gouges, etc)

The staff was excellent. I think it could be a five star but it needs a renovation. The chairs in the breakfast area are from the the 1980’s with wood and cloth. No cushions whatsoever left in them.

Everything about the stay was great! I needed to change to a two bed room and they made that happen with no fuss! Our team was there for a gymnastics competition and they had us all on the same floor not sure how that worked out but it was great! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice and spacious which helped when you have teen girls going from room to room to hang out. Breakfast was hot and good! ( The crispy bacon was definitely a big hit). The front staff was so nice and friendly. And the hotel was very comfortable in the lobby area! I would only suggest turning off the fireplace from time to time it made the upstairs hallway areas a little too warm. Other than that no complaints!! We would definitely come back! Thank you
