The Mineral Pool didn't seem to have a very high mineral content. I've been to many mineral pools (at Hotels and Parks like Thermopolis) and my rings always turn black. Here? Nothing. Smelled more like chlorine than minerals. The temperature was great. So, expect more of a very big Hot Tub, than a mineral pool and you'll likely enjoy their Mineral Pool.

Pros: Great location in Carson, the appeal for us was the location being able to be so close to Gifford Pinchot and exploring the great outdoors! soaking mineral pool and cold plunge spa ammenities- great massage! Cons: soaking pool was closed the last two days we were there and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place ordered croissant breakfast sandwiches from the cafe and the croissant was soggy stairs! if you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared to put in some steps to get up to your room Overall good stay, just wish the soaking pool was available to use the entire time we stayed there.

The hot tub was a really nice addition to the room. Room was a little dusty. Overall a good trip but the last night, from about 9pm - midnight, one of the rooms around us kept going out to smoke and the smoke kept going up into our room. The smell was obnoxious. Will return though! Cool town, great views, and nice amenities

We basically spent the night here during a road trip. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was a nice size too. My husband had a swimsuit and did use the hot springs and plunge pool in the evening after we arrived and in the morning. He said he enjoyed the experience. Our stay was brief but the bed was comfortable, room was clean, and there were bathrobes hanging in the closet. There are other facilities such as a spa, golf course and a restaurant but I can't comment about them since we didn't use them. Check out time was 12 pm, a nice surprise.
