Clean rooms. No AC in restaurant and kitchen closed early. I wasn't offered any free drinks or discounted food right before closing. Super disappointed that I had to leave the property for food after a 3 hour drive. No free wine was given as advertised.

I had not been there for many years. It is looking warn sown. They had all sorts of activity going all night. We found out from an employee it was water leaks. We weren’t affected by that.

Was my favorite but not So Much Anymore

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Ridgefield for a concert. I'm usually here at least five times a year and I've always had great experiences and the staff is usually wonderful. Unfortunately this stay was not the same as the past. Staff was very rude and short with us. Customer service was absolutely terrible the rooms weren't very clean. Our balcony was absolutely disgusting and we are locked out of our room halfway through the second day as they tried charging the same card they did for the first night for the second night even though we told them we are paying with two different cards for the two different nights , communication was terrible. We even called up and asked for some extra blankets on the first night and they told us they didn't know if they had blankets for us. There was three of us in the room and there's only two towels. I called down and asked for extra towels as well and they would only bring us two when I asked for three extra. I have been coming here for years and unfortunately with this stay I think I will be looking for a different lodging for the future.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at Hudson’s and they had a live band playing. Waterfront Band is wonderful and will be playing at Heathman Lodge all summer! Definitely recommend staying here!

Simply amazing. Really great customer service from the beginning of check in. It’s in walking distance to everything. I had the best nights sleep ever. The hostess for the Restaurant Yelena was above A plus. She needs to be given an award for her customer service skills and attention to detail. When I come back to visit I am definitely going to be looking for her. Hands down, she took such great care of my sister and I. People need to remember that you never know what a person is going through in their life and just a simple kind jester can mean the world. Her smile warmed my heart. I had been on the road from Colorado to Vancouver helping a friend move and also having to attend a funeral of another friend who lived in Vancouver. Earlier before this trip I had lost my job due to being a federal worker and lost my home. But I am using this time to help friends and family who are struggling as well. Yelena’s friendly smile and the way she took care of my meals was all I needed to feel human and seen. Thank you. People like her gives me hope and purpose.
