My phone in my room didn't work and was never addressed after I complained about it. I felt like my bedding was never changed from the previous person. The sheets and comforter was wrinkly and smelled like someone just used it.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. Although we arrived quite early and our room wasn't ready, we appreciated the luggage storage service. This allowed my daughter and me to explore Seattle without any hassle. The breakfast was delightful, and we loved the easy access to the freeway as well as the proximity to the piers, aquarium, and Pike Market. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!

Big Room. Nice location.

Room is spacious. Location is good. You can walk to convention center for about 6 minutes. 10 minutes walk to see the beautiful view of ocean. Scan your key, it takes directly to your floor. It also has a nice restaurant for a good breakfast. A few minutes walk to light rail station.

Clean big and good location

Rooms are on the large side for a downtown hotel. Feels very new and clean. Location is perfect near downtown, waterfront and capitol hill

Our sink was plugged. There was no hand soap and had to ask twice for it. Otherwise it's a nice hotel but parking is $60 plus a night and no continental breakfast. Restaurants is pricey but food was good
