Property was walkable and close to many things downtown. However some small outdated things that didn't function properly in my room, and the room was not very quiet. I could hear the elevator and noise in hallway and other rooms.

I came here for my birthday weekend and it was a really reasonable price. So when we walked in, I was mind blown at how fancy it was for what we paid. It felt like a luxury experience.

Check-in woes, but generally okay

The hotel was pretty standard. A little dated, but okay. I arrived about 10 minutes before check-in time and my room was not available yet, so we had to wait in the lobby... but the room wasn't ready to check into until 30 minutes after check-in which sucked a little. The valet was amazing and their service is absolutely the best I've seen. I loved how central the hotel was to all the things I wanted to experience. I didn't even have to take my car out of valet, I was able to walk around everywhere... just look out for the zombies on the sidewalks

Bad service at the front desk. Rude staff.

I booked through hotels.com and when I got there they said my room was not paid for even though I paid in full through hotels.com. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were rude and did not try to be helpful. Not one bit of empathy or a smile. All they said was I should have booked through them and it was my fault for booking last minute. I worked it out through hotels.com but I would not go back because of the hotel staff. Staff is rude and unhelpful. No one smiles here.
