We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic. We loved all the amenities!!! Unfortunately there are so many people shooting up drugs out on the street in plain sight in front of Nordstrom, Saks, etc ... that we will not return to Seattle. It just feels unsafe to be out touring the city with our children.

Nice hotel just pity about there being a homeless shelter nearby. Felt a little bit unsafe outside the hotel. The room was lovely but very expensive but I guess that’s Seattle. Staff was very courteous and very helpful.

Broken soap dispenser room service was sub par not our favorite Hyatt stay by a long shot the front desk was sympathetic and took care of our room service and parking/ resort fee for this reason alone I would give them another shot at some point

Comfortable room with all the expected necessities. Walkable location for hitting the usual tourist attractions and public transportation. The only negative, which is by no means a reflection on the Hyatt, is the extreme homeless/street people issue that plagues the downtown area.
